Quick question. Do we (the shareholders) have the power to remove PH? Not saying we should if we could, but just asking the question.

When I spoke with James at Peel Hunt a couple of weeks before xmas, he said appointment of PH was made very quickly and he had not had time to do his research. Well, I would hope he has now managed to complete his research so I would be expecting a broker note /report to be released imminently. If nothing produced by the end of next week I will take that as PH not doing their job properly and will be making a bee line to them to complain and will make a lot of noise about it. Peel Hunt - the clock is ticking. Up until that point I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will be voting NO to share consolidation if nothing is heard from Peel Hunt, and I will be pestering BOD at every turn. I still very much believe in SAR, I am still bullish and will be topping up as soon as payday comes around. In the meantime I watch with baited breath for 1) news on tox, 2) broker note/report from PH. 3) Notice of EGM to discuss consolidation.

we will see a manufactured drop in the SP in order to let the Shorts close out then a rise up to around 26p. Might be time to set a little buy order in for 22p.

Currently listening to Jesse Livermores Two Books of market wisdom. It is an excellent read/listen. Coming to the end though so wondered if the bb has any other recommendations. Silverfoil has mentioned Neil Woodford book, any thoers out there?

WIP - I am only relaying what I was told by PH. Also when I challenged him on PH moving leading the market downwards, he said their is a chinese wall between the Account management side of the business and the broking (MM) side of the business. He also added that SAR shares are overwhelmingly in the hands of PI's, and it is PI's selling that is driving the SP down, as well as the fact that SAR are a "COVID" play. My take away from that comment was. 1) He did not understand SAR as a company. 2) MM's do what they want with the SP when no II's onboard. 3) Sizable drop in SP has been based on very little selling. 4) Until we get II's on board we are at the mercy of MM's (and PH inparticular). 5) PH and market will only take us seriously when we get II's on board. 6) A low / cheap entry price for II's will make it easier to get them on board.

In their defence they said the appointment was made very quickly so they did not have a chance to do their research. Make out of that what you will. If PH do not come up with anything concrete within the next couple of weeks I will be extremely annoyed, and their motives would have to be questioned. but if you take them on their word, then it is a simple case of not having had time to do their research

Elcap: What?? are you saying you make good money on the back of you posting continual negative comments, then when the SP drops you buy, but remain silent. Once SP has risen you sell and start posting negatively again. Rinse and repeat.

Mike: If the share price moves at all based on my posts, I'd seriously question what you are invested in.
Of course I can't influence anything.

Consolidation has 2 major effects. 1) It increases Institutional Investing, and 2) It reduces Private Investors.
This is good news for us as we have already built our holdings in the company. So I'm not bothered about point 2).
Point 1) excites me as major investing by II's will push the share price up and provide stability long term.

with the potential of consolidation. I would rather everyone fixated on all the rest of news in last weeks RNS regarding MTD, SRA737 and then further investment from HNW Individuals. They seem quite happy to invest

I always try and imagine who the person is who is saying all these terrible things. I can't imagine ever being that person. They can't be that obnoxious in real life. So why do it? I find it very strange. It's a form of bullying, and I detest bullying.

Ahhh, that takes me back. It must have been about 3-5yrs ago, I was sitting on T2's knee and he whispered in my ear. I know the SP is currently 0.5p but one day, when your big, this share is going to be 5p. Never I said.. Yes he said... then it's going to go to 28p. Madness I said, they will all be laughing at you. T2 whispered. Trust me little one. So I blindly bought some shares. I'm still here. (Much richer). If only you had been perched on his other knee oh angry one.

I agree Cobalt. We are not a massive risk. In fact we are the opposite.
