Could there be other fields that could feed into this?
And that a very hostile takeover has been stopped,(a takeover for what purpose? To gain control of a company with no asset or future? Alot of work for nothing that)
Anyone who has even been on jury service knows you can't say a thing about a case in progress. I understand frustration. But you lot of all people should see what an extraordinary situation this is
Don't disagree ZZ, but hopefully they are being super cautious after all that has occurred. I doubt any reassurance can be given atm, the first hurdle being all cases settled, there will be a finite number and no reason why they can't all be settled. This is an extraordinary high stakes situation, but what can be said is FRR is not down and the hope case settlement is a huge positive
Fair enuf, no one knows. But why even bother to say one major case is dealt with and a bit if clearing up to do before they do resume comes? Why bother saying anything? Just to later either no communicate or say sorry deal done and you are not invited, that being the case why say anything? There are alot of shares in big players hands still seems to me debts will be settled and remainder go to shareholders. Quite what that will be in sooner not speculate, suffice to say big numbers were banded around, bloe in the neighbourhood having some success (could they be bought out also?) and alot has been sunk into this. I just don't think you blow 1/2 billion digging without being pretty there is something at the bottom of the hole. I'm happy to wait a bit longer, worst is over imo.
Hopefully to save Looed from prob making a frustrating post having to explain again.
Its likely that a few posters have built up a level if trust in an environment where there are plenty of serious actors ready to cause real harm. We got an update thats what we wanted.
Zz the company or representative at least has said grey are NOT YET free to communicate until other cases are done. They didn't have to say even that and to me it implies they do intend to communicate and that quite likely the will not risk anything derailing the progress, which seems to be positive. I'm happy to wait if one day all this explained and out in the open, and some sort of return would be nice too. Stuff is happening (even investment in Ukraine) and there a lot if good reasons for it not to be in the public domain yet at least.

Smiler you post more here than on UFO where you admit you are in the RED, I am not sure what makes you think you are qualified to lecture us daily, but its coming across as simple trolling. Why don't you concentrate on UFO where you do have a holding albeit a loss making one? Or is it too depressing for you?
I would say namibia, licence has been described as a formality, nambia very mining friendly and stable, applied for in August with the turn around being 6-12 months. Once confirmed I would expect financing in place quite quickly the way the sector is these days

Heres a link that contains the licences.

I remember back a year or two on KOD when it was around 0.2. There was a poster called dazaliam who constantly posted negatives, same thing over and over. We get the same from the likes of smiler here , no facts just opinion. Fact is here licence is imminently pending and there is now plenty of financing to miners. No one knows what is going to happen but Bezant is well positioned with some potentially massive projects on the cusp.

If you go back a week or so in the chat there was a lost with links to the licences. We are about 7 months into the application so can't be far from a decision now, I think we are waiting for the environmental study to be signed off, it was noted hope gorob is adjacent a national park so it possible the checks have been more stringent.
Following a direct lack of funding the world now faces massive resource deficit. CB has long spoken of a mining boom and it seems this is coming to fruition. Any junior with the licences in place will have money thrown at them. Funding is no longer an issue.
I note a number of new investors looking for the next minnow to grow into a whale.
This is worth a read
