The only thing that is known for sure, is that AB is seeking funding at the Asset level and not the Plc.

I’d agree pacific should and would have done most of their diligence before the exclusivity agreement was signed. The fact they wanted to sign one says they like something they see. The time that is passing now could be for the carve outs of the other parties which has been alluded to but I haven’t seen anyone suggest it yet. But rather it’s all on pacific, so thought I’d table it.

For clarity, AB holds no vito with what the government publishes. They trump AB.

The Government will post what they like when they like. It’s likely we would not know that it is pacific. We would only know that an exclusivity agreement had been signed with an interested party.

However, once the faces are out there, the sleuths are on the scent so may as well say it’s pacific because it was known over the weekend anyway.

Those were Andy Yeo’s milestones set out in the raise and AB has inherited them when the other two were ousted.

AB and BoD have brought talks to the table. They can’t hold guns to peoples heads. A potential partner will do what they can to get the best deal. I hope the delay in funding is because AB is not rolling over and getting his belly tickled.

Rush a deal and it’s bad for shareholders and you’ll all be complaining about it.

Don’t rush it and get the best possible and it’s being complained about.

Seems the company wouldn’t keep shareholders or at least those that have blinkers on or are impatient happy anyway.

Nothing ever goes to plan or on time with AIM shares. The fact that AB is a large shareholder with his own skin in the game makes you hope he’s aligned with our best interests.

On the other hand, he has a massive nest waiting on spud so he could screw us all over. Take a poor deal and seem himself selfishly right in the process, but he’s not done that has he? Not like the others were doing.
