Yep I was right. And in this case I hate that I was right :-(
My break even is 32p. Fingers crossed the up the offer. Offering 26.5p is nothing short of scandalous. We all know the price is depressed due to covid. The material value of the business is far more IMO

for my mind investing in exploration is risky, and investing in African exploration is more so.
But I got involved with BOD because - it’s team has a good track record with exploration, it’s pipeline holds (IMO) a great deal of potential, it’s using interesting new technology and it keeps costs low and is debt free.
There is I believe multiple bagger potential here. But it’s risky, and you’ll have to be very patient . . . .

Yep I do like to hear some positive sentiment on this board scoutt.
Federated wireless is the golden egg as far as I can see. But if spin memory comes up trumps all the better.

Usually I'd be happy at the prospect of a takeover but in this case I have the feeling Mills and co will try and buy the company on the cheap. This could leave many PI's (including myself) significantly out of pocket. Hoping to average down soon at the current SP does seem a bit too cheap. Fingers crossed I'll manage it in time . . .

I’d agree with Aaron - this is a low risk share.
Bridgecomm orbital side kick and federated are good prospects. Given time we could see great rewards.
But Nucky I’d agree there is room for negativity. ALM have been pretty rubbish when it comes to looking after PI’s. Hasn’t addressed huge cash wastage and has been grossly selfish on occasion.
And even with boards changes and amber crystal calling some shots will ALM get value for money from its intellectual property?

Tbh I dunno when it’ll be gone for good. But diseases don’t tend to go away, once a ?vaccination has been developed then I guess lots of people will be safe.
And yes I think it will very much be a phased approach. A slow progression from the current situation to a new kind of normal.
I’m in GYM for the long term. Very hopeful that over time we’ll see good growth or even a private equity buyout.

I think you’re right when you talk about news lows. I’m not going to average down at the current price. I think we’ll be back below £1 at some point.
I don’t think however it’ll be a case of ‘covid is over’. I think we’ll see a slow transition back towards normality.
For example - gyms may reopen but facilities will be restricted and the emphasis on hygiene will be very high. And the gyms will need to police this very strongly.

Things are definitely warming up here. CA have added over 6% in the last month.
There SP average will be whittling down nicely.

For me FW is absolutely the golden egg for ALM. The potential (and the word potential is important) is huge.
I’m hoping for a buy out. Either of FW or for ALM. Not sure what would be easier?
