I genuinely think its a tactic for NM to increase PR of our assets

If it does go to the point where they need to foot the bill for their share of billing costs where do they go then?

IMO Its unlikely they will find that amount of money easily or without a heavy cost to their share register or debt, much moe likely they will accept a decent offer and getting shares in SOLG seems as good a route as any for their share holders to get a good return.

Them digging their heels in does not really serve their share holders well going forwards IMO, although i totally understand they want the best bang for buck, just as all companies do.

I very much doubt it will be them selling shares, why would they?

And for entry sale there is a buyer

Just a matter of time IMO, for those able to watch the SP day in day out one might get a few a bit cheaper but based on how its going I cant see us breaking below the 35-36p zone, not with whats coming in the near future re progress on other projects, MRE3?, PEA, an offer from a third party major not yet involved, tactics re Cornerstone, new discoveries, cashed up, sticky main holders, aggressive take over less likely etc etc.

There is always risk, but for me it doesn't get much better than this

That's the conclusion I came to re NM's motives for this move, re what Cornerstone want/get for their share will highlight our value further
