I just cant quite work out what his next move is really? as surely he had a plan B if offer is declined?

Could just be case of increasing the offer to a level their share holders approve of?

I think it will be more than one major miner who takes this on.

Question is who is game for joining forces amongst the big boys?

As the cost to buy it and then mine it, will be significant I feel that they are waiting for further co operation from the authorities in Ecuador, to make sure they are comfortable with such a big investment.

once the Mining authorities give the green light I believe we will see a bidding war.

The PEA should hopefully kick start this process IMO.

I believe we awaiting news on mining law next week? if this is the case then following this would be a good time to release the PEA

I totally agree, but that doesn't mean the majors are in charge of the outcome.

dwindling reserves, tier 1's getting decreasingly available, as Ecuador continues to develop its mining reputation and regulations, its just a matter of time before one or more of the majors make a move.

If they don't put a decent bid in then we will take it to production ourselves.

NM seems to have covered all the bases thus far, re stopping any aggressive moves, guess its a matter of waiting for next news release which should give us a better idea of whats been going on behind the scenes.

Must have a shed load of assays due as well with the number of rigs still turning and permit news cant be too far away either.

over the years, but I fell there was positivity in the last RNS re most issues now sorted re the airports in IRAN.

At these levels IMO this is now a decent risk- reward in terms of potential upside if the deals go through.

Can't see much downside from here as I believe we are priced with no IRAN taken into account.
