SO the story today is you are back in with 500k shares rather than £500k, at 30p? so in the red now?

What I'm saying is if this doesn't go our way I bet you will say you saw this coming and sold the lot at a profit, which would be impossible by the way as you are in at 30p now.

If the government are on side, which seems to be the case, it seems very unlikely to me that a judge would go against the evidence being put forward. It's good they included some of the workers in the area so it isn't just about the big miners versus the people.
