Yes open plan living now all the range, dining, kitchen and patio all connected adjacent to lounge which was previous dining room, got ourselves a downstairs toilet/shower and laundry/utility from the existing kitchen room so it's very nice, certainly as its a pitched roof with skylight windows. We hire a cleaner fortnightly as who has the time eh. Not sounding swarve like, you see where I dragged myself from just having a 4 house, oh because we extended into loft 🤣🤣!! I dont normally do this, and like you im gauging a buy here but it would not buy in the 40s at this point in time. On paper they have lots to do, the SP is in effect caused by a 10 to 1 split as they had almost 400 million shares in existence. As someone mentioned warrants still in play etc so if I can't get a better price them im happy to see it go.

But GSCU, dyor but a much better SP and growth potential.

So you see this another 100% upwards, or is there pits and trapfalls below

Yes I've sold some throughout the past couple years, and rebought im not personally attached to any investment, it's just money at the end of the day. I come back to the Board for the Trump Saga, but did say if likely shoo off and barely post here once it rises as I expected. Handled poorly IMO, I felt 0.75p and a lesser share disposal would have sufficed but you work with what you got. Avioxx is a real possibility, as their operation is green lit, their second project is hynet cluster and they are funded so be nice to see that progress but im happy to confirm Engsolve with carry the weight of the company financially as the DMG can breach into markets. Saf fuel announcement from government is a plus. So it's just a hold for me

Im not one for charting, you can draw all sorts of paths for outcomes you desire or try predict. But I do use a very simple method for purchasing, and it's still moving towards a MA I use that looks to hit it start of June and I suspect it aligns with what's to come and move from there. Thats the theory anyway, but it's been true to form the past month, regardless of some false fibonacci readings

Fantastic, i think it's very easy for someone to say to people, sell or buy without them knowing the journey you put in prior so listening to your own instincts is best. I bought in 2023 January at £1, the full 20k allowance in ISA after a discussion with my Wife around Christmas that id been talking about stocks, and RR in particular to friends at work that this is where they should be putting their money. And she said, why are you offering them advice and not investing yourself, and I said I didn't think you would want to. She said put your money where you mouth is, and here we are 🫡

I agree with everything you say here, this is a very new company so a quick search on any company thats relative in comparison you can see there SP performance over the following years once the real work begins to have a clear guidance of what to expect. Having sites is one thing, licences etc. But Drilling, exploring, mapping and sampling is another. You could have 99 sites, and find nothing in 98 of the., hypothetically of course and I doubt thats the case in Nevada for Gold but it is historical data and will need updating on excavation. I see the 10 to 1 split has really given this a look of a big player in terms of its SP, prior this is trading between 3p and 5p so it's poorly reflected.

I think this has done really well, but volume will decrease, and many buying 40p+ will waver, ones lower will Top slice and the spaces between progress will grow.
