I think the consumption Globally of Titanium Tio2 is roughly 10 million metric tons currently, and we claim to have anywhere in the region of 28 to 32 billions worth, 4 to 5 billion of the weathered Cap. So it's one thing to have it in abundance, its another to dominate or control a market of 10 million annuall ouput, albeit growing and compete in a very limited competitive market against established suppliers who won't excatly be fine to see something as large break into their market. So there will be Sharks in the water already, as a find of this kind on paper currently will be sought after.

I think SB has done a terrific job of it so far, as these are a minnow outfit, had a rough beginnings, changing their name a few times, unfortunate what happened in Georgia but looks like he has stepped up to the challenge. But I agree with Cev, he will have in mind a price or target he wants to put this company in and once someone who makes an offer he can't refuse he will sign off on this and I wouldnt blame him. He is a geologist and likes what he does, he doesn't seem like someone who wants to be running a company as a business long term. I can't say much for the others, Greg, Neil they have been around long.

I also think there is more work than people expect here, I always enjoy Ageos detailed break downs of geology nature but he has incorrectly suggested early 2024 that a lot of this would be signed off by end of that year, and has jumped the gun prior to it now being independently assessed with far more drilling. So its important to just invest what you can, not on the subtle suggestion of others on when and what to expect, 18 months off "cusp, Unicorn and a very Bulllish Shaun has people getting far too ahead of themselves, far too early and expecting things that are nowhere near complete.

Im unsure on next week's direction, the cup and handle smashed it for the week, thats usually followed by a level up but as a non revenue, mining outfit on AIM about to embark on a large drilling period id be a fool so suggest this will fly next week. The truth is, I dont know. But I can tell you this, no one else here does either.

You would know how to find Real investments if they hit you slap in the face, you wouldn't know where to look, what industries are the trend, what's going to improve and where to locate them.

I locate investments, DAVE, IPERIONX, Rolls Royce 2 years ago, Soundhound AI, Big Bear AI, The Porche Group, all multi bag investments, all in the past 12 months, all what I locate myself through hard work. You just binge around AIM and LSE for the next hot pump. Its cute, you think your up there mate. I just dont go on and on about money, or pretend I know about people here I dont.

I in part Agree with Swazers, although HUI may seem to have gone another way in reality they didn't have the finances to buy our Tech, and I feel that theirs was a desperate move to supply something in the HYDROGEN space as they are not putting any money forward for this, receiving minimum royalties from the sites but see it as an active partnership for further usage down the line. Maybe there have been tension from our side not allowing him to dictate terms on his position in the company to benefit his needs, over the business which I can imagine he is the type to leverage. Who knows why we are no longer dealing with Howard, we only need 1 deal of their nature for similar results to happen so it's in our interests to make one that aligns with the company, not Howards wishes or special benefits as a large shareholder.

No one knows what's around the corner, I still think a degree of patience is needed but not too much. There has to be clear evident communication on the Annual and what they are doing. Thats a must

Id say Shauns history, alongside the Boards here have been chugging along this mission about as long as Manlord. Who has been promoting this company right back as far as Pre Covid days, when it was Georgian Enpire, maybe even the Nocuriam Gold days, so has been locked in here a sorry old time, likely decade plus. Georgian mining closed at 0.1 last i heard, before reinventing itself under Shaun as Ceo, but Gregg, Neil been around searching the world for copper a long time, its what brought them to pitfield, 99% of the shareholders 95% down and bleak until they stumbles upon Titanium. So their experienced, but likely out their depth on such a major find, and that will right its own Ticket but ive found Shaun a likeable guy, hardworking and true to his word. Very forthcoming, kept dilution to minimum and always thought of sharebase when raising cash so the past is the past in terms of where it's been. Apart from Manlord, who has been yarning this stock probably since I was a nipper.

It took me minutes to find relevant information on the Ceo, there is plenty to go from the internet is a very open space. I'd love to show you links, or where to go but its basic searching, you just need to ask the right questions and where to likely find those answers. Honestly, it will serve you better learning to research better online, finding all about Shaun is really not a difficult find

I agree, and with the sentiment I would have been excited myself by that deal here. I may not Enjoy Red, but I believe in saying a spades a spade, its certainly a positive step in direction and the SP performance today reflects that. Certainly massive for the Tech outfit they sign off on it. Im still fuzzy on HUI projected revenue from its operations or their involvement, their not putting any money upfront, so im not fully on board

Reading over the RNS and some research, im revising my thoughts on HUI prospect, although not SP projection. Quitters will be Quitters but it will be interesting to monitor that and more research into its possibilities as if it gets signed in the 120 day time frame that will likely motor a fair 2 bagger at ease. It looks on paper solid opportunity, timeframe given and a little look into the tech company, the industry in Saudi and gauge a good buy price.

Am opportunist like myself, wouldn't say no to sticking it to old HW.

You have a heads of agreement. With one of the toughest, stringent partners around. Saudi arrangements will be subject to many criteria, not your average UK regulator or EU wide policy making. But Religious concoctions also, Meeting Sharia law approvals etc.

It can be easily rejected in terms on how it's image effects the crown Prince, best not to get ahead of yourself. HW has a great record, of putting out these arrangements, issuing shares and once the float runs dry build a Moat and hope the flood of sells keeps from breaching the inner wall for 120 days
