F29, yes practically the same management except Richard Clemney seems to be TYM only. They share the same offices and SRES pays fees to TYM in shares hence TYM is (I believe) the largest SRES shareholder. Both with interests in Nevada...

As a small holder in sister Company TYM it is perhaps encouraging that our management have negotiated a deal which should prove positive for that share. Let's hope something similar or even better can happen here.

Thanks intheno for your posts. I am ex MARL and was always grateful for your assessments there. I bought here some time ago based on your Bay State comments and whilst the last lot of drilling there done did not quite work out I hope there is still a viable project future as when funds are available. I hear you about not being able to do a Q and A on this but will assume you are invested here and like me hopeful about the future prospects. Thanks again

Hello JJ. Wonder who your source is! I sometimes wonder how often he personally goes given the number of finds. The new Pozz thing is interesting if that was determined from a model - all interesting stuff. So if yer man is in Nevada let's hope it is for some hard bargaining. Ref follow up post about placings from another poster. I think every AIM share I have ever been involved in has done a placing or two at some point in my holding. They are not always negative for the stock but of course they can sometimes be so. GLA anyway.

Not much to read up on here this weekend. Have been randomly re-reading 'stuff' on SRES from the Website, RNSs etc. A few little thoughts; 1. It seems that VR Resources who bought Junction Gold from us recently have been buying a few other prospects. It seems the terms of the deal we struck with them are very much their standard terms based on another of their recent deals (very much a cut and paste!); https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/08/29/1101579/0/en/VR-Resources-Acquires-New-Boston-Property-Nevada.html 2. The recent RNS brought much good news but also we had the statement; 'In-Mat-Lab has made recommendations for application-specific testing and a further testwork programme has been agreed. This work has now started and results are expected within the coming months'. Whilst all this further testing is ongoing (for the Pozz too) I am still hopeful that we might at any time get the big news that we are waiting for based on the below statement from the 4th Sept RNS. This is heading up towards 2 months now so fingers crossed one or more of these parties has had the test result/s they wanted and are willing to make some kind of commitment - even the mentioned bulk trials. It would make a nice Christmas present for us! "A series of meetings have recently been held with potential customers for perlite and pozzolan in the USA. The potential for new sources of perlite and pozzolan was well received and arrangements are being made for samples from the CS Project to be submitted to interested parties for their internal laboratory testing. If this is successful, it may lead to bulk sample trials"

Didn't NM also provide funding for extra drilling work out of one of his other Companies too.... Genuine question for you too ludeck. Do you still think that the 'conspiracy theories' several of us suggested (like delayed PEA and playing it down when it did come out) were groundless or do you now think this deal (and the options for Glen and Eric etc) was stitched up over a drink at one of those mining conferences which our BOD regularly attended? Sure I am happier at this SP than in the recent 50s but it seems blindingly obvious that the SP has been manipulated down recently (using warrant sales I guess) to make this seem like a great deal for MARL shareholders.

ludeck 'I think some here will be pleasantly surprised by how many ozs will be have been added by drilling since the last resource update in Jul 2016' I know we will never know what we have right now as things 'hopefully' will increase further but what is your gut feeling for how many ounces we might have right now in hypothetical resource upgrade? I believe we were around 1.2M ounces at last upgrade (give or take) - if we were around 1.5M right now I would gladly settle for that.... and hopefully head towards the 2M eventually as Fulmar indicates GLA
