Replying on this thread ref yesterday's RNS.
For those maybe not 100% clear on the RNS yesterday.
As we know some employees of Tertiary minerals undertake work for Sunrise Resources.
Some of those employees have been issued warrants in both SRES and TYM as per RNS for both Companies yesterday.
Warrants are not shares (per se) they have not been issued shares!
They have been issued warrants which, should they choose, can be exercised at some point in time and they can buy the underlying SRES shares at .16p.
They cannot do this until Feb 2019 earliest.
They have 4 years from that date to exercise their warrants.
They have to buy the shares at .16p per share when they exercise those warrants.
Let's imagine the shares in March 2019 were .32p to sell.
An employee with 500,000 warrants (I think some got 750,000) needs to part with �800 to by 500,000 SRES shares.
They can then sell the shares for �1600 should they choose to sell them.
Nice profit of �800
In my humble opinion I believe our Company is confident in the future of SRES
They want to incentivize their staff - to do a good job and to stay with TYM / SRES
I imagine that a conversation over a pint somewhere along the way would say; Dear employee, appreciate your efforts. We think our Company is going to be successful in the not too distant future. Here are some Warrants which we think if you hold and stay with us will be worth quite a bit in the future.
