A quick thanks to WessexM and Sipp for the RNS pointer....

Welcome Tarkers and appreciate the updates on AM Ref iii board it is a big pity to me. Was one other place I used to visit, was particularly helpful for 7a.m to see AIM news (under Company news) section and see the RNSs coming in for Companies and looking for stocks I am invested in hopefully have good updates. If anyone know of a similar service elsewhere it would be appreciated. Obviously I can look at each of my Companies here and look for the flashing dot as an alternative... but handy to see for other Companies...

I am very happy for Patrick to decide how he sees the BLOE investment. It could be he is confident we don't need further funds before mining starts in which case he is likely to hold. I certainly feel it is certain we will maintain our VR holding ref Junction. Yet another of my AIM investments (KOD) have proven once again how important it is to trust the BOD - dodgy goings on there, I am very confident PC is 100% honest so happy to hold / add more when Pozz gets going.

FWIW I am of the same view here as Rosewall. I believe we had an investment / shares in Goldstone (or whatever it was called) and this has reinvented itself as a small Oil Company. I believe SRES has enough prospects of it's own and, to me I think they should sell up and put the money to good use with Pozz/Perl in Nevada. PC is very frugal with money and this could go towards costs for permits etc..

Not sure which thread to reply on as several interesting things being said of late. I had not considered that Beaufort note could be inaccurate viz a viz initial Perlite numbers - it certainly is possible that things have moved. My query is when PC suggests we have now exceeded numbers for Perlite per their initial plans for start of mining do we also need Pozz to make it a goer. I think I might email him directly and ask - he can always tell me to go away... Interested in our new Posters conjecture on Dicky Lee......... Interested in Min's possible new info..... All good stuff.

My bond thoughts.. If holders are buying into the argument that reservoir performance in the period shortly after FOIL is make or break for value of HUR shares then I imagine a number will want to derisk and convert prior to then - particularly if the bonds (underlying shares) are in the money. They might consider the worst case scenario is SP bombs and Company does not have means to pay the remaining coupon payments so lose lose. So let's say that pre FOIL conversion does happen, and in large'ish volumes, then hopefully the demand / hype around the stock around FOIL time will help with the further indigestion (to quote the great man) that might ensue. To me, as a shareholder, if all goes well after FOIL I couldn't really give a flying fig (or similar) as to when any residual bond holders convert. The SP will take care of itself from that point... Just my musings, and AIMHO Enjoy the AGM those who are going - look forward to hearing any feedback please.....

Hi BluePete, FWIW I agree with you. I was just saying how it is now. If Openreach was sold off then am sure the access network (warts and all) would be part of the package. It would be interesting because there will be kit in the Exchanges which belongs to other parts of BT so there will be lots of bun fighting / negotiation to be done... I am also beginning to wonder whether Aus3009 is not correct that maybe this would be best for the rest of BT too.... but hey I am an ex employee now and many others will feel strongly about this no doubt.

As an ex BT bod my take is BT Group owns everything. Openreach 'manages / is responsible for' the access network only. There are many many Networks in BT - and lots of kit (some people have no clue about how much stuff is involved - they just think circuits - not aware of DSLAM, MSAN, Radius, BRAS, Routers, Firewalls, Switches and so on...) All parts of the network solution must be in place (and capacity is a never ending issue) otherwise Customers don't get a service.

My takeaway is our cash position of �320K cash / cash equivalents. Presume the early year drilling all paid for and the bulk samples/testing should not cost much due to the MOU. It suggests we can go a good way before any raise needed. We are in better position than I perhaps expected. I guess the question is how much to get mining underway next year. Can we pay on contract basis and against expected Sales / revenues? We definitely making steady progress....

Hi sairfecht. No idea on the normal attrition rate.. Actualy I am not sure what is normal for a Company that downsized from >220K employees when I joined to less than 80K when I left - you might of course be correct. I do feel that those older folks who wanted to take early retirement (or change job like me) are getting fewer so feel sure redundancies on this scale will mean many being pushed rather than volunteering.. I worked in BT for nearly 29 years. When I started in Jan 85 I remember seeing 2Mb/s circuit orders (quite big at the time!) coming through for this upstart called Racal Vodafone. So here we are BT MCAP now �20.6BN and that includes EE and VOD today �53.3BN - ho hum! I imagine most here not aware that the size of BT's Pension pot (and that is underfunded by �10BN plus) is bigger than the MCAP of the Company itself - ho hum again! No too sorry I left mind - needed a change and BT sucks every drop out of ya. And to the poster recently who breezily said 13K jobs can be lost easily in a year is talking a bit of pish. That is a lot of experience to be lost and there will be big gaps. Takes a long time to get some of the knowledge these older folks have. Ho hum again...

Well done! I was mooching around the website over the B/H weekend. I found some figures for Pozz and Perlite in the Beaufort Research note. If these are roughly correct, and based on PCs comment that the MOU was for a large % of the required initial Perlite volumes, I think we will need to see something similar for the Pozzolan side before the S.P shifts into gear. The Perlite numbers are a good bit smaller than Pozz and, given the likely profit margin minus Transport costs we really do need that Pozz business to come in too... AIMHO and best of luck to all investors.

Just grabbed 1M at the bell as just back from jollies... .164 ish. Got my desired min holding now. If we get Pozz MOU and price manageable then will think about few more. Happy BH all....
