Rodster, I was using the suggested figure (from Ringworm) of half of 1p which would be approx 200% profit from current share price. Of course some will be hoping for much more particularly those who bought at higher levels. if it is I will be even happier.

Hi ringworm, 100% agree with your comments. No idea if the 0.5p will happen but it does not seem to be an unrealistic number and of course it could be conservative....
Certainly if we achieve that within a year from production I would be most satisfied...

Like couple of other posters I also wonder if PC will release tonnage figures to us - be good if he does but am guessing not. Either way I am sure we have huge tonnage of both Perlite and Pozz.

The esteemed poster 'intheno' previously had a stab at estimating volumes and believe there has been drilling since then which would have increased things exponentially.... If you are still occasionally reading this and have any thoughts on this we would appreciate it!

I have been (am) invested in much larger Companies than this one and they rarely go to Open Offer or if they do it is only for a small % of what they need to raise.
Of course everyone would want to see SRES raise money at a higher level if they can / could do. I just personally don't believe we know all the reasons why Patrick has raised now and in this way. Rightly or wrongly I trust he is doing the right thing for the Company - if others don't have that trust they should consider whether to continue holding here.

I seem some of the hysterical posters from yesterday have gone a little quiet this morning.

Hi Safetrader1 - not sure it is a 'give away' placing. There have been plenty of chances to buy shares around that level (.14) in the last 6 months. Many of the small investors here just don't have the kind of funds needed to get to a £400K funding.
That is not to say I am happy about things. I thought we had around £400K left from the most recent raise. For me I will be emailing Patrick to ask how much money we did have left over from the last raise and how far this new raise will take us. The things mentioned in the RNS (Testing / Mine planning) I would not have expected (am no expert mind) to be hugely expensive items.
We will have a lot of shares post raise (25BN) so a 1p per share target means we would be at £25M Capitalisation
The key here now is how much more money do we need to get mining.....

When will Jorc be completed.
What is happening wrt the bulk sample
Why did you do the placing and dilute us at these SP levels when you could have waited for Jorc
What is our plan as a Company - take to mining or prove and sell.

Hi Tiburn nice to see your interest. Many LTH here are very hopeful for good things next year. I personally prefer to avoid SP predictions but be great if we do see a strong rise. This is AIM though so things can go wrong. If you have any questions then shout out as someone may know the answer...

For those of us who also have a financial interest in TYM it was a Friday 13th moment yesterday. The RNS detail describes how long ago the mining permit request there was initially raised - July 2014, 4 years and still issues.

So returning to SRES it seems we are hoping for the permit process to take circa 9 months and the timer will not start until we submit our 'Plan of Operations' which will hopefully be in a couple of months time.
It is worth reflecting how fortunate we are to be in Nevada and how the attitude to mining in that State could not be more positive. Certainly Patrick seems confident the process should be smooth but I am certainly keeping fingers crossed in case.. Good luck all and hoping for continued good news flow here...

To me the answer is probably yes. The Offtake legal docs could say 'subject to mining permit' and specify dates and back-out clauses if we can't supply for any reason.
Perhaps the Perlite is at MOU now because it is quicker to get to that stage and perhaps is subject to the bulk testing that is now moving ahead and being successful before we move to something more formal like offtake.

I too noted the wording in the last CS Project RNS and how positive it sounds, felt to me like some kind of commitment from a Customer/s for Pozz could happen any time. Who know maybe another Perlite Customer too..
That is why I bought some many last week and the 2M purchase on Monday was me too...

01234, take a look at the RNS from 30th Aug for details of the incentives as things move along on Junction.
If they drill then we get another 50K shares in VRR which is ok but they are not hugely valuable shares right now.
All the details are in the RNS - at next stage beyond that (Resource) we get 250K shares and ultimately the big prize would be NSR (Royalties at production or they can buy out the right for large sum of dosh).

It is all very interesting and something the will potentially be very good but, IMHO the big SP kicker here would be progress on CS Project and namely progress on Permit or HQNP MOU, or formal offtake agreement etc. or ideally all of those!

Sam, no don't think you over assessing. It seems they are hopeful of HQNP deal, best to work that zone if there is no Perlite option and have separate mining area where Perlite overlies the Pozz
I have hunch we will hear about a HQNP deal soon - at least that would be nice.

Actually wondering where our friend JJ is as not seen him post for some time.... Hopefully he still fully invested and happy with things here... Agree with you that a Pozz MOU is all we need. Think volumes for Pozz can be big...
