Have been lurking for months reading the info here, much appreciated.
I admit to increasing my holdings in advance of the MRE but sold a large % just prior to it.
I had focussed (in hindsight too much) on the tonnage having expected that number to be higher.
I missed the slant in BAs interviews regards not focussing on just drilling but pushing to mine ASAP.
Listening to his interviews again now I get the impression of a man who has been told a date (or at least milestones)that he must hit for mining that will ensure he gets the required funding -.imho.

All considered the upside from here, and timeline, seems very interesting.
I bought 2M more on Friday and will add more over coming days.
There is a lot to like here.. would love to see result of that bulk sampling this quarter.

Hope it gets sorted..... I was also disappointed as I think if he does get his Wall funding he is now looking at steel. Concrete would be better for us for obvious reasons - not getting into Wall Politics though !

tallyhoe you are quite a way off track with your last post to be honest.
You are confusing NewPerl with the CS project.
For NewPerl (this is the one where claim area increased by 250%) no drilling has been done so we have no idea of resource size / mine life yet. If and when we mine there we can assume there will be more Perlite available than we could possibly want.
For CS Project the 15 years you quote is only the first pass application for mining permit. We have way more product than that and the only reason for initial 15 years relates to a reclamation bond we need to lodge with the application to ensure we will 'tidy up' the site if we stopped mining for some reason. If we went for longer initial period the bond (dosh) would be much greater and dosh is the one thing we are short of.

In some ways am pleasantly surprised by today's rise. I feel there are more important SP catalysts on the horizon. I feel we have more than enough product for the foreseeable future.
In other words please don't get hung up on Kirkland's mine life.

As I read the figures in the results our 3 Directors get £12K per year for that role. It is that which is taken in shares I believe. We do pay around £200K per annum to Tertiary for costs which includes PCs annual wage of around £100K plus costs for other Admin staff, Office accomm,heating, lighting, IT equipment etc.
Some years ago I worked in BT and my annual package was circa £50K with car allowance and bonus although I stress I work for a US Company now and earn a good deal less but way less hassle. I knew of IT Contractors earning over £100K.
Patrick is running this Company and he is a highly qualified geologist so whether £100K per annum and those Directors fees is excessive is a matter of people's own opinion.
If he hits the initial targets of 20K tonnes of Perlite and 100K tonnes of Pozz starting next year then that equates to a dollar and a few cents per tonne to cover his wages. If they hit the volumes forecast for end year three then it will be 30 or so cents per tonne to cover his wages. Heck I bet the digger drivers will be on half that for sitting on their Backside pulling levers.
This is a high risk high reward share not a certainty. I think folks need to be a bit more realistic.

Hi SGD yip pretty well agree with all you posted there.
We now need the Permit process to be smooth, get whatever funding we need until Production (income) and get those off take deals signed up. It feels like the Perlite deals are fairly nailed on so it will be the Pozz deal/s that we need to put the icing on the cake.
I hope to be at the AGM in Feb...

I see RNS confirming PC just bought 5M shares for his SIPP.

He now has 90M or so shares. Reassuring that he is committed and perhaps a good answer to questions in Totty's post. As to when we holders see value for our investments then hopefully 2019 is our year.

As some will know here we have just shy of 500K shares in BLOE who had a decent day.
Small beer I know but if PC wanted he could have flogged those today and raised around £14K - perhaps funds that could be used for CS Project.....

Hi SGD27, I won't guess an amount (or price).
To me if the current funds can last for while longer why not wait until we get some formal Offtake then the S.P should be higher for such a raise.

I would not rule out though something coming from left field where one of the big players comes along and takes a stake but funds us for a Production plant etc so we get the higher product prices PC mentioned.
We get less % of the profits but free carry / no more Finance worries etc.. they would surely look at such an option.
A bit like a farm in for an Oil Company if you get me...

Rodster, yes will skip straight to the 'consolidated statement of cash flows' when the results come out.
On the Company website under Financial Reports the previous accounts are listed. In last update to 30th June we had £320K left and raised £400K in July minus costs so let's say £700K less spend up to 30th Sept.

That big tranche of warrants (250M) expire today.. Have been in stocks before where there are lots of warrants on the books. We have hardly any now.

We should get our Results for year to 30th Sept 2018
We might even get some other news.
As Rod noted Perl results possible. Also other Companies testing Pozz and Perl so might hear on that soon.

Oops correction. I meant Q3 July through Sept....

I see the Nomad news today so hope any recent sellers are more reassured and buy back.

Latest I knew of was just Q3 so July through August. Would be delighted with June or July.

Angela, appreciate the post and some of the comments are interesting / encouraging (in the circumstances)!

However it feels like you are mixing up some of your thoughts with comments from the Company (Patrick I guess?)

For instance the comment about permits - is that your thought or theirs.
Is the info about being unable to raise if the bid is below .10 your thought or theirs
Oh and ref the comment about all plans submitted - are you saying that some things are not yet submitted for the permit?

Clarification would be good if you don't mind...?

Hi Mineralex just need to correct your note. It is our NewPerl location that increased by 250%. It is around 85KMs from our CS project. I have high hopes for that location once we have some Revenue coming in from CS.
I certainly agree with your prior post where you said we had a great year of RNSs, that makes the current SP all the more frustrating. I think the Nomad stuff spooked some out of their holdings.
Let's see if we get some news in run up to Christmas break..
