Wages etc23 Dec 2018 10:39
As I read the figures in the results our 3 Directors get £12K per year for that role. It is that which is taken in shares I believe. We do pay around £200K per annum to Tertiary for costs which includes PCs annual wage of around £100K plus costs for other Admin staff, Office accomm, heating, lighting, IT equipment etc.
Some years ago I worked in BT and my annual package was circa £50K with car allowance and bonus although I stress I work for a US Company now and earn a good deal less but way less hassle. I knew of IT Contractors earning over £100K.
Patrick is running this Company and he is a highly qualified geologist so whether £100K per annum and those Directors fees is excessive is a matter of people's own opinion.
If he hits the initial targets of 20K tonnes of Perlite and 100K tonnes of Pozz starting next year then that equates to a dollar and a few cents per tonne to cover his wages. If they hit the volumes forecast for end year three then it will be 30 or so cents per tonne to cover his wages. Heck I bet the digger drivers will be on half that for sitting on their Backside pulling levers.
This is a high risk high reward share not a certainty. I think folks need to be a bit more realistic.
