RE: Share Warrants5 Mar 2019 06:01
Both, warrants give you the right but not the obligation to 'buy' shares at a certain price. So when each milestone is hit by SV he has 5 years to buy them. In the case of warrants 5 years is quite a long period.
In theory SV can now buy any of the Tranche 1 shares but only those at .14p are 'in the money' (less than current SP). He would need to 'cough up' circa £16.6K for them and he could then, if he chose to, sell them.
Assuming Steve is not short of a few bob my guess is he will do nothing until at least Tranche 2 trigger (mining license awarded) then may buy all of Tranche 1 and 2 warrants assuming SP is North of .38p the highest exercise price.
In summary if SV meets his goals and the SP increases as it should he will have a very nice holding and make a handsome profit when he sells those shares.
