RE: Another AIM rip off - Acquisition Date24 Oct 2024 18:10
A complete farce!!
This ‘stunt’ by the Alliances has been 5 years in the making.
Drag the share price down with negative comments, understocking fast selling items, higher spending on digitalisation, automation within the warehouse etc etc.
All the while topping up to have majority control to snare potential purchasers who realise the full value of the business.
The company as it stands is worth minimum DOUBLE what is being offered!!
Take a look at the cash balance, monies owed, properties owned and some goodwill and you’ll find we’d receive more if it was broken up and sold.
I’m surprised nobody is thinking about a class action against this daylight robbery of our hard earned and long time invested money.
Your thoughts are all welcome.
