Might be mining related.
There's a chat going on or was, because some months ago, via a contact, I assisted a connection with a possibly better mining opportunity. So I hope the board are progressing.
Echo earlier comment. EML should've RNSd the local rejection. In the summary of this RNS, they shouldn't have represented that escalation to the higher authority was routine progression either. Does the brine injection testwork now need doing before approval now?
Personally if there was a negative event connected to the drop into the 3s, you'd expect to see an RNS so I can only assume the move was sentiment based. Given current sp, is 100%+ out of the question if positive news lands. Possibly not.
Matrix is very far off the mark with this court chat and it potentially being a black swan event. EUA is not responsible for issuing share certs, cannot sign whatever is needed to enable the registrar to issue without breaching duty to all other shareholders and its own duty as directors, and unless its got the best blocking 🚫 defence in the entire NFL, could not have for years stopped a deserved shareholder getting a share cert. War would not stop you or I getting such a document by the way.
Hi everyone. I am new to eua and haven't posted here before but have been reading everyone's posts for the last 10+ years. I was wondering if anyone had called the company and asked when they expect the sale to happen and for how much? This is my first investment in shares and hoping to make enough profit to buy myself a new personality. Thanks everyone.
The drought isnt 'new' and is expected to be, or is being planned for, as the new normal. Somebody may correct me, but I understand the north where EML is has reasonably good water supply however the south does not. But then planning will also be captured by national laws and bureaucracy. It cannot be then that EML has been caught by an acute or 1-2 year issue.
HFR sold off with the broader market collapse last year but took another kicking because it did a placing that caught the market by surprise. There was a follow up press release that had to defend how it aligned to prior guidance.
Cyber, indeed - there's nothing more EML can do to conserve water but there are cost savings to dry tailings too if used well e.g. using it as backfill to support mined out underground sections and avoiding need to build a huge tailings dam.
Good summary and have said the same on engineering studies. It does at this stage become more important however because project investors and others important to construction want to see the permit before committing resource. Further, basic engineering is almost complete.
There's a "best CEO in the world" camp for GC but ultimately the sp does the talking. On this subject totally relaxed by intraday movements.
Fundamentally if all aspects were answered and responded to some weeks or months ago, then one could expect an award or PIs might fairly start to wonder.
Before somebody feels the need to tell me ESIAs are very complicated, I get it already. Seriously though, EML, wtf are you lot doing? It's coming on mid 2023! I would suggest replacing any boy scouts on the board with a 'personality' capable of getting ink. It really is getting quite tedious.
