For me although we see the public miners raising funds to enable a HODL strategy these public miners do not represent a large percentage the BTC miners. The vast majority of BTC miners out there will have electric bills to pay along with deposits on new rigs (long lead times) as well as other costs so I expect miner BTC sells at the end of each month to cover these running costs which will add downward pressure to Bitcoin price.
Basic business thinking by me regards BTC miner sells (not including any F2Pool antics).

Unless all the Chinese miners went out and bought Lambos last week lol

I can't help feeling that IF F2Pool have a big short on that ends today and there is an opportunity for Michael Saylor, Elon and friends to attack that short we might see that play out.

I don't suppose any of the billionaire Bitcoin club are enjoying the F2Pool dumps and if they decide to phone round and do a 'Gamestop' on F2Pool that would be something to applaud.

Bitcoin is volatile, I think people forget this basic characteristic as soon as they invest in this space.
BTC price is back to where it was last week which puts this drop into context.
Globally there are many moving parts that will have an effect on one another as well as the Bitcoin price so always good to really zoom out to other market news. Real Vision's Daily Briefing is great for wider market news & moves.

If Argo are not selling their Bitcoin daily to cover mining costs then Bitcoin weekly fluctuations are just that and the trend is where I remain focused.

That's my view fwiw

In the world are in Bitcoin now and they have the funds, the motive and the rails to manipulate the price of Bitcoin and make massive gains in seconds...

In other words expect more of the same going forward.
