This has come up a few times today on StockTwits;

We have about 1/3 of our shares shorted right now. I was telling everyone to put in cell orders at very high prices. The shorts actually borrow our shares to short. If the shares are unavailable they can’t short them. With 1/3 of our shares being shorted, if the stakeholders that got the discounted shares don’t sell much and bitcoin goes over it’s all time highs, we are going to see a major major short squeeze. And can you imagine if all this happens AND going to the NASDAQ is announced?

I must confess to not knowing anything in this area, can anyone shed any light on this ?

Zcash is having a pretty good month, still a bit to catch Feb highs but volume looks good and trend is up.

Having 34 stocks in a portfolio is like backing every horse in The Grand National..

You are going to get a winner and some placing's but will negate any winnings with the losers

Strikes me you have less of a strategy and more of a scattergy ;-)

This time last year BTC dipped to $5k ish so I guess they are saying investors who went all in would have invested £100k.

Those investors could have put that £100k in Argo and become multi millionaires (as some on here did)

Interesting read and tells me we are still early

One thing for sure is that there is no shortage of opinions on here and you know what they say about opinions :-)

PW & Argo's investment in Pluto web 3.0 feels a bit like Elon & Tesla investing in electric cars back in 2003.

Atif Yaqub building YOP and Pluto utilising this technology for it's investments I find amazing.

How many of us investors think we are up to speed with this technology but do not really use this tech yet ?

Early investor doesn't really do it justice imo and I'm expecting big things from Pluto and Argo's investment.

Hope you had a lovely weekend. Apparently, it seems that the third party news aggregator that's used on those sites isn't picking up Argo news. It's been flagged and the technical support team is handling it on their end. Hopefully, it will be addressed this week.

Captain Peter G Wall decided to make sure his Starship Argo had enough fuel and provisions for the ePIC journey ahead.

The Moon was not enough for this captain and is plan to slingshot off Pluto into outer space is pure genius.

The short answer is yes :-)

I imagine Pluto will be more transparent, easier to trade and perhaps follow the same paths to market that Argo have taken.

Obviously different investments but same Veg different gravy (i'm a veggie :-)

'Argo will receive 121 million ordinary shares in Pluto issued at a price of 6p per Pluto ordinary share. As part of this round, the Company will also receive 121 million warrants exercisable at a price of 12p.'

Give Pluto 12 months from listing and these warrants could be worth far more than Argo's investment into Pluto. If Pluto does a KR1 these warrants could pay for the Texas build out next year.

Obviously a few IF's in there but I'd say that was a great deal for Argo

I check the Gold news, price and chart daily not because I have any Gold interests anymore but because when compared to Bitcoin I find it fascinating.
I noticed that Russia sold off a few tons of Gold last month whilst also demanding all Bitcoin holding be declared (as far as I am aware)
Michael Saylor declaring Gold to be a shiny dumb rock will have got the attention of many a Gold Bug and who knows if say Russia or the likes starts dumping Gold it could create panic and a rush to the bottom for Gold price.
Whilst Argo/Bitcoin enthusiasts await news from the likes of Apple or Google to send the BTC price into orbit I can't help feeling a Gold dump is just a matter of when not if.

splatted posted this thread and although i'm not in the same league holding wise i'm in the same mind-set.

Having looked at the other public traded miners I'm still of the opinion that Argo and probably more specifically Peter Wall offer greater opportunities for investors going forward.

I'm sat on 240k shares purchased between 5.65p and 12p last year and I will be adding here. I will also be looking to purchase Pluto Digital Assets when that lists and make sure I pop them in an isa.

Bitcoin/ Crypto is the new frontier and Peter Wall is a trailblazer.
