Interim dividend 18% cut to 24p and a full-year dividend of 80p.

Agree with the recent Greggs chatter here. Last time I was at Greggs, I wanted to eat after 2. By the time I got there, the place was empty. Nothing on the shelves. If you are not in the queue by 12, forget it. The place is always heaving. Great business.

IMB are not going up in smoke. There is an anti-smoke/vaping sentiment emerging, but once the lawsuits have been resolved these shares will recover.

Looks like AVST will hit around 430 to 450 very soon. Won't be selling, though. It's a very well managed company.

Bdev is long term for me. Capital growth and divs. I don't see the point of selling right now, there will be a housing shortage for a while yet. This business is managed reasonably well, one of the better builders out there. Wish I bought more yesterday!

They haven't announced their next ex-div date. It should be in November.
