PEG was 0.10 at the end of June 2019. You want a share that has a low PEG, preferably under 0.60 - they tend to grow capital at a quicker rate. Look at PSN, how much it has risen with a low PEG of 0.40. I'm not surprised that the SP here is rising quickly. Of course, PEG isn't the only factor to take into account, but an important one if everything else checks out.
