Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
And yes, Uruguay is all the rage now.....and a legit binary play........but heads-up people......while I do not doubt the sincerity of those involved now, we have raised off a farm-out before in prior incarnation.....it does not mean Uruguay is not real... but we have gone down this road before.
When it closes I will believe we have learned some.
Interstking, no, we found exactly what we were looking for in Cedros with Saffron 1, you are just a pessimist. Leo Koot said so after drilling, logging and testing. And he really knows what he's talking about.
Cedros and Goudron are just as good as he said.
I think...
In4,
What is the best timing on the executed Farm-in? We are told that it is simply procedural rubber stamping, so is their a better time-line now? I am to assume there are no deal-breakers out there, right?
Grateful for your best guess,
Druid.
In4, let's see it done first OK!
Then I'll have to concede, and I will.
60:40 hey, so is that the same split for working interest?
So CEG have a working interest of 40% alongside Chevron in a deepwater block :-) really....well Ok then but we will be diluted to insignificance even IF it is executed.
no?
I've held for years, willik the Pillik, and you have called every single thing wrong in the past, while abusine people, as you have me.
I'm here all the time am I :-) OK then, Willik the Pillik the pathetic ramper troll.
I hold more shares than you, Twit,.
....with all this geo-poetry, like we just learned about the cretaceous breakup and associated hydrocarbon provinces, and the likely percentage success of the illusive farm-in, I might just have to surrender time to participate here again....
Track record people, nothing predicts like track record....
And I am not referring to the BPC binary P1 play which may have been drilled. Goad me now.... I would be happy to elaborate on the history of CEG, and the involvement of those shareholders in todays incarnation...bouncing the same balls over and over and pretending it's not them because the hoodie is a different colour..
Bilbo, I have been nice actually, to an underserving mob really.
Ask your bosses if you think it is a good idea to take me on?
I would happily dedicate 20 mins a day, and perhaps take on another site too.
I have been decent, in$ and I go some way back, almost respectfully.
So get advice from your boss, before you poke the bear..
Pillik like Willic much?
I'm not sure how any of those (rather forced deals) were of benefit to a shareholder?
Are you saying that the benefit of the CEO's strategy has decelerated the SP decline and moved the consolidation and potential re-issue to the right a bit, thereby proving successful?
What did we spend on Saffron 2 again, I think it was the first "strategy. or was that Potter's geoscience??
Then WNZ, now Uruguay....OK..
Also in4, I am no longer buying the farmin or the delay. It seems no-one will say even that have "executed NDA's in hand", or "We are in detailed talks with a major that cannot be named" and/or we are working on a "joint geo-technical evaluation". Nothing...also, you know from my prior ranting that I think these sorts of deals where an unfunded minnow attempts to get a carried interest in a license they hold are very rare before discovery....I know of none.
Lastly, I see we have silenced Willec a little, I really think this should be a long term strategy as he does us way more harm than good. Keep it up.
I'll go silent until his resurrection.
Compliments of the season.
GLA, we're gonna need it.
Fatal,
By "strategic management of assets" I guess you are referring to the financial foxtrot that saw Potter get the golden parachute out of BPC, and saw Clever Koot get a the golden handshake out of CERP, after "having discovered exactly what they were looking for" in Saffron 1?
I am struggling to find any strategic movement that benefited any other party, please clarify these benefits?
Grateful for any advice.
We may indeed have to rename to Pillik, 10 short days left to the farmout, and I may need to re-enter the fray next year on additional fronts.
Personally, I always knew the Farmout by Dec talk is a fantasy, but what really concerns me about our governance now is that ....THE CEO TAKES WILLEC's CALLS!!
I accept they pay him a stipend to act like a belligerent tout on a third world maxitaxi, but do they really discuss strategy with him...ALARMING!!
The druid does not want to come out of silence, silence your Pillik instead.
