how can these tracker funds sell when some broker's aren't excepting sell orders? what happens if they don't sell before monday? slap on the wrist off the FCA?

Putin may be playing for time. while talks go on hes surrounding the capital stopping essential supplies of food and water going in. then 4-6 weeks is all it takes and sadly most people will perish.
