true to form my trade on Friday didn't work out so good. sold Carnival (CCL) to buy this. CCL 2nd best riser on LSE this morning at 8%. this dog only up 2%.

with high inflation doesn't that lessen the government's debt so the country is better off and Sunak can afford not to levy/WT the oilies.

good sized buys too. 10,000 shares is £35K+ not small beer money.

bought a big chunk back at 344p on the late drop. had to sell other shares I bought yesterday to fund this but sold for a small profit and those were bought with funds from a HBR sale at 380p yesterday. so hopefully it works out well. but often trying to be clever like that rarely works!

I think energy stocks are down because some folk selling their winners in this market drop. energy now 20% off its high so technically in a bear market. I see it as a good buying op. some of the selling probably funds that have to sell something if folk want to withdraw funds.

US market closed Monday. we can thank the killing of George Floyd for that. Freedom Day.
