Warren Your find is massive .I was the first chairman of Merafe who dont produce ferrochrome themselves but do so in a J/V with Glencore and as far as I can remember during my time at Merafe the price was seldom that good.Leon has announced a deal with Samancor that there is a formulae for Jubilee to receive a % of any increase in the chrome price and Jubilee is a massive producer of chrome which is the main metal in ferrochrome
(Iron and chrome are blended in a smelter to produce ferrochrome.) So good for Iron as well.
On the new price announcement, on the LSE Glencor also now becomes a great buy and for the JSE, Merafe and Glencor should take off. All good for Jubilee listed on both the JSE and LSE.
I can now add chrome to my original post as a company producing so many metals at much higher prices

I have not changed my mind that Jubilee is the cheapest share to buy whether it is for the PGM's (I believe the figures will surprise us to the upside) or the Copper,Cobalt and also with Zinc to come but I believe the share will go nowhere until we are given the information to make a call on a share price by being able to do accurate calculations .At the moment we are all guessing. It is up to Leon to give us the information we need but I am comfortable that Slaters and Jupiter saw the potential profits which I have always expected will make Jubilee a GREAT company.

I hope it will be at least R3.60 in South Africa which equals 17.53 at todays exchange rate of 20.64 Rand to the pound

Mickey I like you believe the Jubilee story. The biggest point in my opinion that is in favour of Jubilee is that if you believe the PGM , copper and cobalt story(which I do-I believe all are on a established bull run)you cannot find a share amongst the platinum and copper producers that is as cheap as Jubilee.All have rocketed in price even outdoing Jubilee's steep rise.
in view of the above, as compared to similar shares I consider Jubilee to be cheap at the present

Hi JLP positive .I do not consider the 'serious' problem as a problem.It was simply that some of previous profits were not cash profits. I think it was when they showed a profit as a gain from the BMR deal. I think the deal was pretty good and deserved recognition as such.

Hi Shiner I am not sure about WH Ireland. What worries me is that I note they have dropped their holding in Jubilee to 8202698 shares, a drop of 46.37% on their previous holding. Of course there could be many reasons for the drop but I would need an explanation as to the reason. The bigger holdings can be found on Simply wall street from where I got this information.

Mikie am I missing something.Shareholders are talking about the interims but we know the results for the period July 2020 to December 2020 which are the interims. As the results are known it can only be comments on production post the audited interims that could ignite the share price which hopefully they will

If the share price can hold today then I believe that people in the know are aware of Good news to come. That South Africa reduced the corporate tax rate from 28% to 27% is good news as it suggests that the government is aware that it needs to attract foreign investment a complete change from the previous government thinking. I really expected that panic selling today was on the cards but so far so good

Copper now over $9600 .I believe that Jubilee will make so much profit for the 2021 year end, I believe
they may even start paying dividends out of the year 2021 profits,after all the institutions want dividends and Colin has intimated the same sentiments.
There should be plenty left over to finance expansion. I have always believed that paying dividends will enhance the company's image and will help it's PE ratio.

Hi Gray I agree.I do not think Jubilee would ever go into mining but deals can be done with Impala and Anglo who both have mines bordering Tjate .If they sell or do a deal I believe there will be a massive increase in the price of JLP.

Has anyone ever asked Leon about the depth. I am hopeful that depth (If that is a problem) in this day and age can be addressed,but I agree that the point should be clarified.

Dore it is hardly dead asset with the PGM's prices going up daily.One thing I can say about Colin is that he has done so many great deals I have faith that he will do the same with Tjate and surprise all of us. Just exercise some patience

Mickie Like you I am excited by Jubilee prospects. A analyst like Simply wall street which valued Jubilee at 24p has not revised their figures to take into account the MASSIVE increase in ALL metals produced by Jubilee nor have the stockbrokers and other analysts .I do not think Inyoni production will be affected by the expansion plans as I noted that the expansion was in a different area to where Jubilee presently produces .I believe an up to date valuation will even surprise both of us

Besides Tjate and Jubilee's platinum and chrome deposits can anybody work out what over 300 Million tons of copper tailings are worth at the present price of copper.

Do not forget the price of chrome which is also rocketing up. When Leon announced the last deal which must have been with Samancor I am sure he said we were getting $20 dollars per ton with a formulae to share if the chrome price went up.My old company Merafe's price has doubled in South Africa and we are set to produce increasing tonnes to get our platinum
