The start of Jubilee was Tjate where I saw a valuation of $1.2 Billion dollars and I bought some shares at about 1 pound.Today shareholders disregard Tjate completely in all their calculations.I am not so sure.
For those that appear to be unhappy with Colin Bird, the Jubilee of today was his brain child when Jubilee took over Braemore and installed Leon as CEO and saw the potential of tailings.
What has happened since is only good news.
DCM was the start and I see the the Salt Recovery Plan as good news
A bad contract with Hernic was corrected when Hernic sold to Samancor and Inyoni has now become star in the Jubilee crown
A bad contract with BMR was corrected when Jubilee pleaded their case to the Zambian authorities and we will as shareholders soon experience great growth from deals since done in Zambia.The latest tax announcement from the Zambian authorities is another massive benefit for Jubilee.
The deals on the eastern limb in South Africa is a further feather in the Jubilee 's cap.
What more can shareholders complain about.Well I suppose it is about communication issues which luckily do not affect the profitability of Jubilee.I believe you will have regrets if you sell your shares now.

I accept the facts you quote on production and profits are possible as you have advanced your discussion.
We agree that at this stage that it is almost impossible to calculate earnings accurately with the facts at our disposal.Prices are an unknown but you should conceed, with copper now over $10000 and PGM's doing well, despite car production being down due to back log in chip production,with cobalt to come,with Cypress in the equation and even better prospects for Tjate and I have little doubt the company will have to build a plant on the Eastern Limb,that Jubilee is an exciting investment to hold
The main difference between us is that I have learned from life that thinking a glass half full is far better than a glass half empty.

I have no idea how many shares you have in Jubilee but am willing to bet many shares in Jubilee that earnings for the year ended 2022 will exceed year 2021.
Some of the points you have made are valid and you start off with an advantage regarding final year profits but you choose to attribute little importance to the following factors .
1 66% improvement in production for the next 5 months
2 Copper from start up to 10000 tonnes pa as mentioned in the RNS
3 Possible profits from cobalt
Or are you saying that the RNS was dishonest

My post under share price languishing just before the results came out says it all.
I believe the RNS was delayed to the end of January so the results for January month could published.
66% UP says it all.
What a ride we now go on.
I am now completely sold on this company and a buyer will need to pay a lot more to get my shares

Uncertainty is the reason for the share price doldrums.With a RNS expected close to 14th of January (last years date for the RNS of 1st half year production ) shareholders tend to be negative as why we have to wait so much longer this year for the figures.
I personally am not concerned about the production figures which on account of stoppages to upgrade plants may be lower than expected but I am more anxious as to news about Jubilee's copper and cobalt prospects going forward.
What shareholders require at this stage is certainty on future prospects.
As I have faith in Leon,and while I consider the present lack of communication by the company highly disrespectful to present shareholders,I believe this period to be a last chance to invest in a company going places at what I consider is a low share price.
I hope my faith will be rewarded.

I am not expecting a wonderful 6 months after all the changes made to Inyoni during that period.
I will be happy if it not worse than the 2021 period.
We know the explosive profits should start kicking in shortly so what will be happening in the second half of 2022 is far more important in my opinion

PGM basket price is now approaching $3000.
Even with production at 50000 ounces, at our margins, the earnings are substantial.
Annual production in my opinion will exceed 50000 ounces from now on.
Impatient to see earnings when copper and cobalt kick in

Micky I agree.Perhaps the delayed results will give us a better picture of prospects going forward if the RNS incorporates January 2022 results. In the mean time fill your boots if you still have funds.
This price does not include the copper ,cobalt prospects going forward nor is it giving attention to the improved prices of PGM's. Nor Cypress or Zinc or even Tjate with PGM's beginning to look interesting again
I honestly believe that it last chance to pick up shares under 16p

When I listened to Leon talking I must have missed a lot of details
Having now read what was actually said I agree this was the best information we as shareholders have ever received from the company.
I am sure what is holding the share price from improving is shareholders are worried about dilution from the proposed expansion.Not that I am worried as dilution is fine as long it is earnings enhancing .
Having said that I would prefer If the company is not able to finance the expansion from profits generated that any extra finance that may be needed be borrowed.
A corporate bond would be my chosen route as interest rates are low enough.
Once details of funds needed for expansion are announced I would expect the share price to move up rapidly.

I was also a trifle disappointed with the Zoom meeting BUT it was what I expected.
The method of disclosure by the company is generally short on detail and long on prospects.
Am I selling ? NO because I firmly believe that the future prospects are better than good.
I would hate to see posters on this site disagreeing with each other because of inadequate disclosure by the company.
My suggestion is not to expect too much on disclosures.I don't think anybody at head office is listening to our pleas for more detail.I for one would be delighted if the communication with shareholders would improve but I have full confidence in Leon.
Do your own research and then make the decision whether of whether to sell or not. I am sure you will reach the same conclusion that I have.

My second biggest investment after Jubilee is Sibanye Stillwater who have been on expansion drive investing in "green" metals having now bought into a lithium producer,copper mine,nickel mine and lately into a tailings company in Australia.
They applied for a corporate bond on the NY exchange which was well received and heavily oversubscribed I think with a 4% yield.Perhaps that route can be suggested to the board.

It is also vital that a shareholder asks how the company intends to finance the proposed expansion recently announced.
I believe that this uncertainty is what is affecting the share price at this time
Also important is to be given a time table of future copper production and also t seek clarity on future cobalt production.

We are nearing the end of the latest 6 months earnings and I would estimate a small increase of earnings as compared to FH 2021.
Of course to estimate PGM earnings is the difficulty but I believe they will not come in worse than the FH 2021 earnings.I say that because I believe production margins should improve and selling prices if anything should be be slightly higher(not that we can say the same about SH 2022) but then in SH 2022 Jubilee should have increased profits from the Zambian operation.
Chrome should show increased earnings and earnings from Zambia cannot be less than FH 2021.
Also the Eastern Limb should help.
I believe it is important that the earnings increase every half year to continue to illustrate that the trend started by Jubilee way back will continue.
Am I being too optimistic ?

I also consider the RNS as very good news,while the market reaction to the news has been negative.
I believe the reason is shareholders expect Jubilee will need to raise funds via an another share issue.
Leon should be asked at the AGM if this is a possibility.
I am perfectly relaxed if rights issues are announced to enhance earnings but the market hates uncertainty so I believe we need to know if it can all be done with the the Jubilee earnings and maybe some borrowings.Clearing up the uncertainty will see a dramatic increase in the share price.

Taking sides Gotreal or Homey.
I see both sides just like the omicron virus where many only see the negatives, but what of the positives with much milder symptoms, and the effectiveness of the vaccines.
Unfortunately just like doomsayers with virus the market agrees with Homey while I cannot agree more with the views of
Gotreal and Northern.
It is a massive move by Jubilee to give us the expected expansion of the company and just like markets recovered from covid so will Jubilee prove the negative thinkers wrong.
But then I am a believer who always tries to see the positives. ONLY TIME WILL TELL WHO IS RIGHT

Look at today. PGM'S well up Copper as well. RNS was positive showing the way forward.
BUT I now believe that only PROFITS will be move the share.
I believe that poor PR and lack of meaningful disclosure to date means the market does not understand or appreciate the
unbelievable prospects the share will bring.
It is a chance to get in at a low level for those that have the funds.Shareholders like me who are fully committed to the share will need to be extremely patient.

But is it a metal that Jubilee can produce at Kabwe

I am a CA and not a geologist had never heard of gallium until I read a post on the other site by sb claiming that there must be a possibility to produce gallium and related minerals in Kabwe which is known to be rich in those minerals, which are used to produce the chips, increasingly being used in smart phones computers cars etc.He quotes that Gallium is almost exclusively produced in China at present and at the moment is fetching $400000 per ton.
I believe, if correct,it is a question that should be put to Leon at the AGM .
Is there anybody posting on this board that knows a lot more than I do
