Just to add a bit of balance we are up on a day that both BOO and ASC are down.

I appreciate some don't like the comparisons, but we seem to be lumped together so this is a nice change.

Strangely ASC were scheduled to release their trading update today, but no RNS?? Yet....

8. He deletes instagram comments on his posts trying to acknowledge that perhaps the value he sees in his brands isnt shared by the market or external to the company entities. Whilst being careful not to troll, I was merely highlighting the complete and utter erosion of shareholder value he has/is presiding over, but also seems like open/frank debate is another thing he can't be honest about as he tries to keep up his social media persona of perma-success.

Agree. He did the same thing to me, even though I made a well structured post on the day he posted his returning to work video after the summer holidays. Comment deleted, then I was blocked. Out of his depth handling a one-to-one comment, let alone running a listed company.

The fact they chose to RNS Lord Allen's buy during the trading day suggests they want to keep this low key - 7am RNS's always get more attention.

Joules, the premium British lifestyle group, provides a statement in response to recent media reporting.



Joules confirms that its new leadership team, led by Jonathon Brown and supported by Tom Joule in an executive capacity as Product Director, is making good progress in developing its turnaround plan which focuses on driving higher profitability including through: a better pricing and promotional strategy; focusing on more profitable product categories with shorter time to market; and optimising the Group's channel mix. The Company continues to make good progress on its simplification agenda and cost management process. Interpath Advisory is assisting the Board with an initial assessment of certain elements as part of the development of this turnaround plan.



As previously announced on 13 September, the Group continues to assess its ongoing financing requirements, including a possible equity raise, to allow the Company to strengthen its balance sheet. KPMG continues to support the Group on its medium-term funding.



The Group's outlook for the full year remains unchanged.



Joules intends to announce its results for the year ended 31 May 2022 in November.

Unfortunately not. It was my initial impression, but going back over previous RNSs, they have used this terminology before.

2PHEVs - read the full thread. It was Golden who said the deal with Iceland was exclusive and would prohibit a deal with Tesco. I was arguing against it!!

We've obviously got a different take on the article. Just because the products through Iceland are a Joint Venture does not restrict THG from selling MyPro via Tesco (or other outlets).

Golden - care to share which part of the article you are referring to, rather than being cryptic...

A licence can be exclusive or non-exclusive, so you are jumping the gun that this would prohibit other partnerships.
