Any detective updates on Noel Ferrin?

So, no-one has a real clue (myself included), based on no responses to my question.
But everyone seems willing to claim they know what the share price will be.
Funny that…. So it’s all just guesswork.

Not one person has been able to provide a link to any speculation prior to the issue of the RNS.

Falling for bid rumours at results time for a second year running?

Assuming the FCA Sandbox approval is granted, is there any timelines as to what happens next.
Is Sandbox a trial and if so how long does the process need to be operational before a full launch.
What are the timelines for GS Money to be fully available for business/public transactions.
I know Proactive asked “what next” in the latest interview but there was no specific detail in the response.
Any thoughts??

Shame the business can’t even be bothered to RNS such information. Shows complete contempt for UK shareholders.

Odd for it to be simply cancelled, with neither an explanation or change of date/venue... albeit the post that suggesting the Exxon address was amusing.

That’s incorrect Eazy, they made mention of the recent raise in one of the latest SEDAR documents (quoting March 21st date) and still the going concern comment remained.
It’s all a bit of a mystery regarding timing whether we are or not and Art could have clarified this point in the latest RNS.

i.e. - we can't be bothered to summarise the key points and will leave it to you to work out if we are a going concern or not.

@shaa - she’s paid £200k per annum for a PR role that everyone on here usually moans that she does very badly.
At that salary, based on her limited input she’s already laughing all the way to the bank so the share allocation is irrelevant. If she was on a basic salary with a target related share payout it would be more meaningful.

Art can summarise this and paint whatever picture he wishes in the RNS on Monday. If he doesn’t go with the positive spin we’re back to the 5’s again (just when it was getting exciting).

@jack - read the statement again though. It says if they don’t receive ADDITIONAL FINANCING there’s a significant going concern issue.

For clarity, that's on page 30 of the Annual Information Form.

@DBH - And just for clarity “ As indicated in the "Capital Resources and Liquidity", the Company closed financings comprising of the Bonds issued in July 2022 and December 2022 and a brokered equity placing in April 2022,” .. There is not mention of the March bonds because they are outside this reporting period.
