Seriously? You might as well tell JD to set fire to his whole inventory then... the vast majority of Superdry items for sale are emblazoned with the brand and the Superdry name is one of the main attractions when they recently cited the £400m valuation to a brand management company.

If you're adding 100k shares at £37k as a top-up, I'd say you've probably got the ability to help them out anyway.

That’s a bit odd. JD’s disclosure of 26.1m shares is lower than the 27.2m quoted under Director Deals following his 30/5/23 purchase.

No way... why would he faff around with a 5,200 purchase when he needs significantly more to get over 30%.

Truth is, these forms are so confusing no-one really knows how to interpret them... if only they were written in plain English!

Strangely Tradingview is showing 30m+ trades for 2 of the last 3 days. I mentioned it the other day too, so not sure what's going on and whether shorts are being able to close with underhand tactics. The next few days on ShortTracker should confirm with way.
