It's on fairly high volume too... 3.2m already traded.

No messages on the board for a week, yet it’s quietly creeping up. The daily company buybacks are also of interest, making every retained share worth slightly more in value. Definitely one to watch after the last positive results and overdone drop just before!

Finnish telecommunications company Nokia and Vodafone completed an end-to-end Open Radio Access Network, or RAN, trial in Italy.

The trial was conducted on the British telecommunications company's live 5G standalone network in Italy to highlight Nokia's anyRAN approach for increased flexibility in building networks, according to a Tuesday release.

The trial achieved a milestone with a successful Open RAN call on Vodafone Italy's live network. Vodafone plans to base 30% of its masts in Europe on Open RAN technology by 2030.

Why has none of this been RNS'd? Perhaps it's all standard process, but surely the market should be updated at specific milestones?

22 March 2024: The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, that it is or may be the case that this merger may be expected to result in a substantial lessening of competition within a market or markets in the United Kingdom. This merger will be referred for a phase 2 investigation unless the parties offer acceptable undertakings to address these competition concerns.
