Even weirder, going back a couple of years the Pre-Close Trading Announcement was on 7TH JULY 2022 and 10TH JUNE 2021, so there seems to be a month of slippage each year... Not sure how this is possible if the accounting year end has remained constant over this entire time??

Both trades were time stamped at 9:36 today at trade prices of 0.35 and 0.34 respectively.

The prior trade was at 9:35 and marked as a buy at .344.

So I’d say buys…

The Friday sales reported today are of a significantly lower value. The 2 x 18m look like today to me (and buys).

So... there is no obligation for Schurter (as a Swiss Company) to notify at any point, hence this is why we got notified in today's unusual format.

Whilst the MOU is not legally binding and the terms of any future collaboration between CAP-XX and SCHURTER is subject to final contract, the Exclusivity Right is binding until the end of 2029.
