The Group has managed stock levels well through the peak trading months and closed the quarter with stock of £3.2 million (31 December 2021: £3.6 million).

- Cash at the end of December was £3.2 million with the Group's invoice discounting facility which would provide an additional £0.4 million of liquidity remaining undrawn.

I really like the Adam and what he has done , he knows the stars he knows the clothes business and he started from nothing, the shop floor . There is no way someone like that is not going to TURN this around , if there is a bid to take it private I hope he is going to drive the turnaround, then we will see him back when he floats at £2.00 again .

Don’t forget CEO Adam Frisby also holds a strong 12.103.446 - 23.05 per cent of the company.He has the funds to take all the shares him self also and take it private :).He also has a lot of wealthy friends. Monday is definitely going to be interesting. You can’t get turning over 20 million a day and nothing happens.

It may be a RNS first thing and the RNS on a deal drops . If not there will be definitely a few holdings RNSs I would think . But as ITS is on a few more radars I can see buys coming in the side lines also , 20 million more on Monday and it’s got to start to motor . Strong hold and wait and see what happens.

Hi Uk chips , great to see you. Yes good find from 3p upper holdings to 85p . The more I dig deep the more I like this company. Friday buying was interesting 50k /100k /200k I think we will see a few RNS’s on Monday . But the whole week has been a massive stock move around see below on the numbers .

If you are in or out it makes no difference today , but who is in the future RNS will be interesting .

I don’t think ITS has a problem NOW with limited liquidity' for shareholders 'for some time', and its freefalling share price means its current market capitalisation 'does not properly reflect the underlying growth potential of the group, which may be better realised under an alternative ownership structure'.
