The shares were 5p , plus no one has them until after the GM meeting . Directors and hopefully in tight hands . So the movement of 11 million on Friday and a few million today is looking great value as there is currently 26 million

Will the market cap at 1.8 million , currently a discount of 8 million . With the new shares added the value should be 18-20p a share .

Buyers starting to move in , very cheep at this entry.

I think the discount was far too low , 1st and 2nd lots sold out the 3rd will be sold out so from tomorrow buying on the open market . At this price it’s a great opportunity in my eyes especially for newcomers.

I agree with mcadder 18-20p fair price - but with new news higher before or after the GM meeting

The new shares have to get passed the GM on the 10th June . So only 26.1 million available at present. Take away strong holders that definitely would not sell down here give new buys a good opportunity. Plus the 2 placing are d]sold out and the 3 placing is for existing holders - if they can get any in volume.

In a few days / weeks a RNS on updated news will move FAB back up there and now with some funding done.

I personally can see current market price past 10p at close , the first 2 placing was sold out and currently only 25 million shares available.The retail placing will be snapped up also . At least they have over 2 million in the bank and a good business going forward .

Not much stock in the retail placing , so picking up a few on open market to double down may be a good idea also. I can see new investors jumping in at this price now also .
