Valereum Plc, the Gibraltar technology group, is pleased to announce that it will be issuing a total of 3,421,349 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.5602 pence per share which equates to GBP156,020 (US$200,000), following the conversion notice received by the Company under the terms of the funding facility announced on 31(st) January 2022. This brings the outstanding balance down to US$0.8m.

I am surprised we are not over 11 by now , USA will help a bit on BTC this afternoon.

I am in and toping up as it goes along . When BTC moves over 32k this time we we see a big jump in price. By next week we should be starting to hit 15s again if BTC continues.
