Just the usual swings and roundabouts ?

I am in exactly the same situation, and I suspect so are many others. I had high hopes that Oasis/Paulson would find a solution, but is it looking less and less likely.
I guess nothing much happens in August, but if we get to the end of September without any action, then I might give up.
The only hope that I cling to is the fact that no new CEO or Chairman might mean that something is brewing.

Why would they need to go into administration. They are just about generating enough cash to service pension and bank debts......just carry on in a zombie state.

I agree with that analysis. A “friendly” takeover is probably the best we can hope for. As you say, somewhere in the 50 - 60 pence would do it. The only fly in that theory is Nissin....would they try and stop it if they didn’t like the buyer ?

Pyueck. The only hope that I cling on to is that Oasis and Paulson have an awful lot more to lose than me, if it does go bust. I still think/hope that are are going to come up with a decent increase in shareholder value......but I have been wrong before !!

Shareholders have already taken control - supposedly !!
Oasis and Paulson appointed to the board earlier in the year. We are still waiting to hear about their strategic review........ How much longer can it take ?

The week after next, so maybe they are trying to get some good news out before then. I guess the oasis and Paulson directors won’t want to be given a hard time after last year’s performance.
I guess we are also due a sales update for the first quarter.....although we were led to believe that wouldn’t be too good at the time of the year end results.

I keep thinking and hoping that Oasis and Paulson are about to pull their rabbit out of the hat.......but no sign of that.
I am going to go to the AGM next month and see if I can get any answers from them

I too hope that the dead wood theory is correct. Oasis and Paulson were both very anti Darby and Hammill at the AGM last year. I am sure this is down to their influence. I guess having no CEO and chairman helps them to pursue their agenda......but what we need is to see that agenda.

Yes, I agree with that. I couldn’t see how they would handle the pension liabilities in the event of a full breakup. I just hope they get on with the Kipling disposal now.
They also need a new management team to run the remaining company.
I am pleased that Keith Hamill is going. I went to last years AGM and he was singularity unimpressive in dealing with Oasis and Paulson. I guess he hasn’t tried very hard to recruit and new CEO if he had decided to chuck his hand in.
