Dropped due to people selling, news talking of ventilators being delivered this weekend, maybe this is the bottom now to get in and grab your 10-20 %. If news lands on orders then maybe a higher percentage or even a bag.
Some people who are ill just require oxygen. There are sicker people who need a proper ventilator, the type that monitors and takes over breaking when heart rate and breathing drop, the type that can change the mix of air up to 100% oxygen as a patient needs it.
Plus IHC also sell other medical kit to the NHS and other agencies. Plenty of cash for all from basic breathing to top of the range equipment depending on severity of illness.
Once you have a fully functioning design for any ventilation but advanced for neonatal operation, it would be simpler to strip off sections to make it bed mountable than redesign a new type. The specification will still be met but for a different patient.
Think of it in terms of any of the products we all know, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine - all can have the same internal circuitry either assembled for top end or left out for bottom end plus the software to operate the level.
However, a vacuum cleaner is not going to be up scaled to be a ventilator.
'As previously mentioned peak demand is 2-3 weeks away at most after this there will be a surplus of units as people needing respirators returns to move 'normal' levels. Unless a order comes in the next couple of days the window of opportunity is missed. More likely this share going to 50p IMO'
The trouble with that scenario is that is one of people recovering and a complete lock down for 6 months. This virus will return every time people are able to socialise. The valuation of any company is based on the cash it generates, once the units are made they are sold. The orders confirmed so far are just the UK, when next stage comes in from US, EU, Middle East then more are needed. After wards comes the service and maintenance contracts. Moving to locations that need them.
This was 60p on doing it's usual business, then the increased business came along and the multiple is there for anyone to calculate.
