Well so far no one thinks the agreement has been signed. Which IMO is not a good sign. It’s a signature FFS, can be done via Docusign if need be.

I asked last week but didn’t really get any replies, but I’m genuinely interested to know how many people here really think we have the agreement signed and therefore receiving revenue or about to? But simply that MB has decided not to RNS it for whatever reason.

25th October RNS: "Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, is pleased to announce the start of oil production from its Heron-1 discovery well in its Block XX Production Sharing Contract area in eastern Mongolia."

That's all the 25/10 RNS was. So they thought it was RNS worthy to announce actual production starting despite us being told that it would happen on or before 25th! But first revenue and signatures for an agreement that's been in the works for years, isn't RNS worthy?!

MATD have to RNS market sensitive information. Our first revenue and such an important signature is absolutely that.

But we have been producing for months and the latest information we have from the company is that we are still awaiting signature.

WOS, you do not know that they aren't delaying. The last formal information we have is that we are still waiting! Until told otherwise, it's wise to assume nothing has changed.

WOS, I’m not necessarily talking about the MG. But we now have PC delaying. We have been producing for months now and as far as we know, and as per the most recent RNS, we still do not have their signature or export permit. It is feasible it is still ongoing and would be viewed negatively if that is the case by the AGM.

Potentially continued delays with signatures and export permits - we shouldn't dismiss it with the history MATD has with such things, even if the MG and co are apparently now on our side.

And if there is no JV/partnership and clear funding plan given, other than hope that Heron 1 might have to do all the heavy lifting, then I don't think the market would like that.

We've had many raises before and it's absolutely feasible it could happen and I'd argue still more likely than a JV. But it's an opinion, we'll see. Try to to stress too much about it!

Best guess from me for what the AGM/ops update will say...

Still no agreement/signature and therefore revenue. Still "pushing hard" with support from the MG etc etc. Confident of improving H1 and 2 production so that we can afford to progress the Heron field with more wells.

But I'm going to guess a raise for ~$8-10m and an additional 640m shares a month or so after the AGM, which will be used to fund Heron 3 and 4. If the raise isn't done at at least 2p, it's bad news for LTH.

Best case/hope, a JV of some kind, perhaps 50/50 split where the other party pays all of the costs for developing the field.

We talked about this the other day, but I don't think they can issue further shares (having issued already for the raise last year) until the AGM and resolution pertaining to the issuance of new shares is passed.

Also, MB surely wouldn't drop a raise on the eve of an AGM... can you imagine the Q&A!

Interested to know how many think:

- We have the signature from PC and therefore revenue in/or about to be received, but MB hasn't immediately RNS'd?

or

- We do not yet have the signature and therefore any revenue or idea when it will be due?

This really is the big question IMO and what will either send the share price materially in one direction or another.
