No, there is a facility online to type questions live. I have asked many before and all have been answered. He also reads them out word for word, so again I know he is legit in that regard.

Oh yes! Having attended several MATD AGMs (naturally, as a shareholder) MB is actually very good at taking lots of questions. Hopefully he’ll do the same again tomorrow. But I’m sure he knows the obvious questions will be about the Heron 1 and 2, if we’ve received any revenue yet, the plan going forward and if a raise will be needed.

It’s possible Mr Market is just fed up of MATD raising cash and not achieving anything. The raise last year, $8m spunked and achieved what? Heron 2 that is at least currently not online and Gobi that also as it stands isn’t doing anything for us.

TBT, care to answer why you’re so worried about derampers bashing the SP down if it means you can buy more pre the “massive rerate”?!

Thornogson, if a raise is done with the SP at this level, they’d surely need to issue the full 640m shares. That’s some serious dilution for LTHs.

And if we really are still waiting on PC, i can’t see the SP improving before a raise was needed.

I still don’t get why the ultras are so bothered by the derampers. You get to buy more shares on the cheap before the 30p PC buyout?!

I’m guessing we’ll have an ops update tomorrow then before the AGM. Unless there really is nothing to update on… you know, if you’ve got nothing good to say don’t say anything at all.

I’m not sure about that. My track record isn’t too shabby. I’ll stick to my prediction that we’ll be told at the AGM things are still being “pushed hard” but still no signature or revenue. But they will make it sound really promising… maybe that analysis shows they can in time improve H1 and H2 production or new found hope for Gobi etc.

And I’ll also stick to my prediction that we’ll have a raise, 600m+ new shares issued within 3 months of the AGM, maybe May/June time. The real question being: at what price? Anything 2p+ would be a major win. Anything approaching 1p would be a disaster for LTHs.

Cash raised will be used to fund H3 and H4 and keep the heaters on. Oh, and salary and pension payments!

If I was Petrovis, PI’s have done a lot of the heavy lifting with funding to get it this far, Petrovis slowly but surely gaining more control with each placing. They are now nearly strong enough to force their will and maybe take full control for a pittance.
