MB also said at the AGM or presentation last year that it's right he supports and takes part in such raises, alluding to the fact the optics wouldn't look good, going to shareholders with a begging bowl and not contributing himself. Certainly, for any future raises it would raise questions and put his role or even the entire company at risk. So my logic says he didn't really have a choice.
