Investor, if we follow your logic and idea then we’ll all be diluted considerably, with no chance of buying discounted shares to mitigate such dilution.

They’ll never do it, but if MB and co bought shares on the open market, that would propel the SP much higher than it is now. It would probably mean they could then raise at 2p, i.e. £13m, a significant sum, they could absolutely be used to develop Heron and also help with any potential negotiations as we’d be negotiating from a position of strength.

As you say, it’s irrelevant. There wont be any director dealing and there wont be any raising of funds just from Petrovis as that goes against what MB has always said and done before.

It’s not artificially pumping the SP. Director dealing is seen as a big positive and show of faith by those “in the know”. Of course, there’s been no director dealing… ever? Certainly not for many years and in my time here. Clever people given the SP. And surely if this was as nailed on as you say, why wouldn’t you buy more if you was a director of MATD?

Here’s an idea. Why don’t Petrovis and/or the directors buy some shares on the open market? That positive sentiment from them would propel the SP far north of what it is now.

I actually agree that the second part of this statement could be true. The large, block sells into any buying strength, PC delaying etc, could all be to suppress the price so we'd be glad of 2.5p on a TO.
