Yes
I’ll hang in but I have to say it’s slightly worse than feared on the RNS front. It’s not the stuff already baked in but the lack of forward looking positivity and certainty.
I’ll hold because at just 10% of the capacity, the company more than justifies the recent share price around 50p and DAM alone could take up 2 or 3% as they grow. One or two more contracts when self use comes along and we have a changed business yet again.
The rockets (if they would ever come) would be through FDA approval and a nice contract through Mologic connections but it’s a guess. A reluctant hold from me.
Nice and positive. Plus confirms the 380

Just read the instructions and it looks a lot easier and much more comfortable to use. I personally will be much happier doing these. Only gotcha I can see is although results are seen in 15 mins, leave it 20mins plus and the test is void. The advice is to set a 15 min timer.
Just received these through the post as well. Ordered yesterday as I needed more to test for my job. Not used one yet. Not sure what use this info would be but on the delivery note it says fulfilment site was Smethwick. I wonder if they are just there or elsewhere as well?
Twatcher- thanks for the reply. Let’s hope the potential is realised soon as there is a huge upside from just one or two orders.
Twatcher - you seem to post a lot on this board about ODX and in general it’s always negative and looking at the downside of things but I actually don’t mind it as it brings balance to quite a lot of ramping. You’re generally pretty clued up and give info to back up the statements you make so I’m not criticising. You obviously read and digest the information presented to us all and consider your posts for factual accuracy. However your comments are always looking at the present or past performance and never really looking into the future which most investors care about.
As you are someone who is clued up on most things ODX and very happy to comment on the past and present I would also be genuinely interested to hear your thoughts on the future of the company in the short, medium and long term? In essence do you see share value in the company going forward and would you invest at these levels? If so where do you see the value and if not what are the reasons? I’m invested here quite heavily for the size of my wider portfolio and balanced/reasoned comments and predictions are always welcome. I’m absolutely not trying to catch you out but I’m interested to hear the thoughts of someone who has followed the company closely for a long time.
Some people will average down or time a great buy in now and hopefully do very well. I’m stuck with what I thought at the time were fantastic averages of 63 in my isa and 58 in my standard account. I don’t have more money that I can’t afford to lose to average down, so I can’t take advantage. I absolutely wish I could but I am where I am and I expect some lucky/clever people to make some decent money from here.
“ COVID-19 antigen testing still remains a significant opportunity for us, although very much dependent on the UK Government's decisions as to test selection and timing."
Why is this line in there? Seems a bit negative and if what’s being said is true, the antigen test has possibilities outside the U.K. and especially in the US. Annoying
As the title says and with 183k positive cases found.

Good news? Bad news? Not sure really although I do think rapid testing is being positioned to be ramped up further through the private sector
I totally agree the government want to pass the cost onto the public or to businesses in the private sector that require them. There won’t be free LFT testing indefinitely but when this will stop isn’t clear yet. What is clear is that there is a framework being drawn up for testing that is designed to create a minimum standard that tests have to conform to. There will then be a requirement for individuals to test at certain times whether that is for travel, entry, contacts with infected people etc. It’s at this point a lot of people are expecting the quality of tests to really shine through and the best to become the one that sells the most. That’s absolute rubbish and price will be the deciding factor. Businesses will want the best bang for their buck and the public are heavily price dependent. If all available to buy tests conform to the government standard then why buy the most expensive? Some people will, but the majority won’t. There will be a huge amount of testing over the next few years and price point will play a major role in that. Let’s hope the government plans keep the riff raff cheap rubbish out of the market, if they do then ODX, AVCT, Mologic, Suresrcreen will all do extremely well as the market will be insane.
Edit: Tweeting about it

Then John Deeks has been testing about it with mixed messages. Can’t copy the Twitter link from the app
I never thought my average of 58 would ever take a battering again from this share and to see that go really grated after watching us go all the way over £1+ and not selling. Finally a bit of a comforting response from ODX to calm the nerves although a couple more well put together comms could help. Don’t ramp us into high heaven but giving a balanced relaxed view on things would go a long way. Nice tweet which will hopefully stop the rot. Whilst other company’s have outlined delays etc. ODX seems to be keeping with its current narrative. Let’s see.
Thanks BJ. Good info
Not had time to look at this properly but what’s happened in parliament today? Twitter suggesting ODX has no contract as Optigene have been brought in? Any truth?
@regulator - care to expand? Go on... help us out with the Phase 3 evaluations then and the difference between a red light and green light test. Why after phase 3 could one LFT not be a test to check symptoms that needs to be confirmed, but a better performing test might be deemed suitable to give a green light to go about your business as usual? Genuinely interested
@regulator - I understand you’re a bit of a weapon. How about sharing some information for fellow investors if you’re the font of all knowledge? Give some constructive corrections if needs be. Might be a more pleasant way to spend your day...
@regulator - thanks for the condescending tone. If you actually understood what I was getting at, you might realise that I was suggesting that Innova has got nowhere near being suitable as a green light test. Nothing to do with Phase 3 which loads of tests have passed. The woolly terminology for passing phase 3 doesn’t give specifics but if an easy to use LFT appeared and had not just ‘very high’ results, but exceptional ones, it might become a test the government can use for a different purpose. After 80m+ tests Innova hasn’t met this...
