10p would only get seen on buy out offer for the company, should be trading 3.5-4.5p now though if not for seller, also could go very well on heads of agreement RNS which could drop anyday now.

Yea that's a weird trade maybe it's delayed from this morning or yesterday as I was getting 2.6 to sell and 3 to buy at the time, also limits haven't changed on the buy or sell side

What's the matter with you? Surely anyone with a slight bit of common sense can see the drop has been caused by Edmonton property selling their 5% stake, I believe the last large trade of 1774546 shares is them finally out, there is a small overhang left to clear now after all the buys at 2.75-3p (currently around 500k) and once that does clear, it'all start its climb again. And the nonsense about dilution, if you had bothered to read the RNS's of this company you would see they are being bank rolled by EBIOSS with a further loan of €600k until Jan 2018!!! No dilution/placing currently required

The company have stated it a few times now, last time was in the interims 'As previously stated, the Group continues to look for acquisitions in the live event and entertainment sector and expects to make an announcement before the end of 2016.'

Big day tomorrow, considering DC owns 40%, ORYX own 25%, both of them in closed period so can't sell ATM, leaves 35% free float, myself and a few others I'm in contact with own 20% between us, so leaves a 15% freefloat prior to interims, so should see a very nice rise on the lead up to interims alone. I expect to see further improvements on balance sheet, and if the word acquisition is mentioned in the directors statement, we could go a little bit mental!

I'm still in and will await for a company update on their plans, could do very well on any announcement

Things could get interesting very quickly here if a RNS comes out stating their intentions for the $97.4million tax losses. Could do a few 100% intraday if we get that...

There's a big difference between a placing and a raise to complete a deal/acquisition. Placing to raise funds for business purposes, and then a raise to complete acquisition, of the company being targeted is cash generative and profitable like max spoke about, and a good deal gets done, a rasie will be irrelevant, will be trading much higher than this

I'm mega bullish here, Max stated that they hadn't just decided to start up on 24th of August and away they went, a lot of background went in before hand also, IMO targets are known already and a deal will be fairly close. Also max stated they are driven and hungry to succeed, which they have a proven background in so we know that, they are working 18 hour days and weekend to get this going! And when asked about potential becoming £1bill market cap company from a £1mill company, most CEOs would laugh as its a bit ambitious, but not max, he took the question seriously and stated if u have the ambition to become a 5mill market cap u will only get 1 mill. If u have the drive to become £1bill market cap, u would happily take £200mill! Very excited for this share short and long term

Yup 0.4499 to buy ATM, podcast tomorrow will be The company's first bit of PR and everyone will get to listen to what the plans are. There won't be a deal neither, there will be multiple deals as they plan to replicate Breedons success
