And here is what I've been saying to you, an aim listing costs between £0.35-0.45m, our market capnis valued at the price of the listing. It won't go bust as DC will lose his money, no sane person keeps funding a company unless they have a plan to get that money back! Downside on every aim company can be it goes bust, but this has potential huge upside from such a low starting market cap! Anyway, all I'm saying is stop talking about the past 17 years when yea it was probably overvalued and shit. Now it's priced to go bust, if it doesn't and DC states a plan, it will only move higher

Eezy, again you keep derailing it about how many times it's issued equity and how it's gone down over the years and how u predicted this fall from several years ago! Yes your right it's been shit, so shut the market cap fell to £0.3m and that's WHEN I BOUGHT, not 3 years ago not 10 years ago, I bought down here, it ain't going much lower it's lost all its value already!! It can't possibly go much lower than where we currently sit. So if the update that DC puts out proves we aren't going bust and he has a plan, which he needs to have if he wants his £1.15m back, then this will multibag from HERE not from the price 5 YEARS AGO, from HERE!!

Exactly. Hence we have a £0.35m market cap company, that can't currently raise cash, that owes its CEO £1.15m. If I were CEO, I would need to pull my finger out to see my money again, he has been bank rolling this for a reason, DC isn't a stupid guy, he is one of the founding directors of sky for goodness sake! And loaded! My guess is he will bankroll an acquisition himself, or could see RTO of one of the business I mentioned before but this would most likely need shareholder approval as would be classed as an RTO. Either way it will ultimately go up in value. If he bankrolls an acquisition himself we see a spike in share price from this level. If we RTO into one of the event business to do with lego, again we see a huge rise from this level. Win win...

Ohh yea, and they can't currently do a placing as it was voted down at last AGM, so if DC wants to acquire something looks like he will have to keep bankrolling it for the time being, and the fact he has been doing so for the last year since AGM suggests this is his plan...

If a placing was done, how would it drop to 4p, would only drop if people in placing sell below price they got making it drop to 4p. People would be selling at a loss of 66%!! Let's say for instance £0.66m gets issued for 6million new shares at 11p a share. How would it drop to 4p! People who bought at 11p would be selling at a lose to cause it to drop that low! Impossible! Hence why I say this is bottom, aim listing is worth more than this company Market Cap. If it were to drop back to 4p on my scenario above, means it would be trading back at £0.35m, with £0.66m cash in bank, would be undervalued just based on cash! Anyway, no one knows what's coming, but at £0.35m MC and company stated they are looking at acquisitions in live events and entertainments, I'm happy holding it here! In my honest opinion, as I've stated before, from this level there is very little to no downside, only way is up!

DC has a lot of money, the mrket cap is so low, even no news before year end it won't drop a great deal, how much lower can it go from a £300-£350k market cap, the answer is it can't. DC has been bankrolling this and cleaning the balance sheet for a reason, news could come on brick live, it could be to do with his art business, it could be anything, but whatever it is, the only way is up from here. Yes it's not done great in 17 years, but as I keep saying I'm not invested 17 years ago, I'm invested now at a £350k MC, downside is limited to none, upside is potentially huge. PAA won't be going bust, if it goes bust DC loses his loans he has put it, he needs to pull a good deal off to get his money back and more! Edmonton property holding 3,774,546 or 5.02% There have been 3 large trades and today's was hopefully the last and the one that signals that they are now out, RNS will confirm. The 3 trades are; 14th December - 1,774,546 16th December - 1,500,000 23rd December - 500,000 Total sold - - - - - 3,774,546 = Edmonton property now out! We shall soon see in the next week or 2 of trading as if they are finally out, expect this to go back up to 4-5p just based on the act it's miles oversold

Added to my holding today, now holding 2.94%, in everyone of eezymoney post he can't help but look at the past and the decline in share price. I remember first buying MCC when it was called MMO and people like him where shouting it down saying it isn't going anywhere and is going bust etc etc, now it's over 12-13 times the share price I first bought at. What I'm saying is, don't look at the past, look at the present situation. Fact is this is a £300k MC company, an aim listing costs between £350-£450k, so we are trading at less value than an aim listing would cost. DC has said he is cleaning the balance sheets up to bring in an acquisition, the last year the overheads have got less and DC Has been bankrolling this, now he has loaned £1.15m, if PAA goes under so does DC's cash. He has clearly improved the balance sheet, anyone that reads through last years finals and compares them with this years will see they are improving. He has mentioned on 2-3 occasions now about acquisition and he mentioned that last in the interims out in September, he says he expects to update market before year end. There's 2 full sessions and 2 half sessions left for him to do just that before end of the year like he said. For a £300k market cap to be talking about acquisitions is pretty huge and I believe any news on this subject will see this bag a few times over. Who knows he may do what he has been doing for the last year and fund the acquisition himself...

Its ORYX selling down, from my calcs they have 300k left, rather they sell out now rather than dampen rise on news

Money owed to CEO DC, he has lent the company money from his own pocket, if he wants to see that money again, he needs to pull a worthwhile deal off! Anyway, we all have our own opinions, at a £0.3m market cap this is a very interesting company, stop looking at the past and look where it sits now, big upside from this valuation

Your looking at past performance than where it currently sits! It's far from being in worse shape, the AIM listing alone is likely to be worth more than the current market cap of the company
