RE: Yes MCAP just 3.5m27 Jul 2017 18:16
Botak, you need to look at the share price when you're trying to evaluate the potential and not the share price. The market cap at 25p would be merely £16m in a market worth in excess of $5 billion annually!
We current sit here at roughly 5p, market cap is roughly £3.2m, everyone worried about jumping in as it's done close to 100% of placing price at 3p, but they need to look at the minuscule market cap here as opposed to share price.
Oilers (88e and ukog for example) can do multiples and that's on exploration alone before any revenues, because the shear size of the prize is huge, and that's exactly what we have here, but the prize is almost as large!
Mark my words, this will continue to rerate all the way up to 10p plus before it slows, yes there will be dips and drops on the way, but ultimately this is going to double figures short term, anyone can see 10p values this at £6.5m, which is still ludicrously undervalued!
The fact is the company will be generating revenues come October, revenues will not be huge, but large enough to enable BREAKEVEN by Q1 2018, just take that in for a minute, revenues in 2-3 months, breakeven in 6-9 months! This is my largest holding by far and one I needn't even feel the slightest bit concerned about with Trevor Brown at the helm, a 25% shareholder as it is and a guy with an unbelievable track record!
I honestly don't know what's not to like...
