The document- was based on information already in the public domain, it takes standard valuation techniques and assumptions and produces a valuation of the already known metal quantities. How is that price sensitive?

i remember Jakknife and he wasn't complementary but the document wasn't fraudulent, there were days with many tweets, up to eight on one day, and then their were gaps of a week before several days of tweets (3,4,5 a day) and then silence again, some were referencing other people's articles on palladium and the price of palladium,some our own appointments and activiteis that were RNSd as well and some puff pieces for sure. At that stage the company was undervalued and making things happen so its debatable as to whether this is acceptable or not, twitter is here and its a powerful tool. Where i disagree with your arguement is regarding the "clarification with Citic RNS." It wasn't the company that tweeted the "signing with Citic" which triggered the suspension, it was Hammond, with ties to Citic,right after Indaba where it was open knowledge that discussions were taking place. If the Nomad felt that the twitter activity and the broker note were unacceptable why did they not act sooner and moreover why sign off an RNS that states that the Citic relationship was the reason for the suspension? That would be a lie according to Aim and Nomad rules, so again you're saying the Nomad has been complicit in less than truthful in its RNS releases but is resigning because of company behaviour. I don't think that adds up. Unless you believe the company was getting WHI to sign off on bet RNSs....
As for clarification taking a long time, if you look at schedule 4 of the aim rules it states those pieces of information that must be included to satisfy rules 12-15 with respect to a transaction. One piece of information that is required for notification purposes is the price.... i wonder if we don't have that final piece of the jigsaw yet and until that is finalised, then they can't issue an RNS because they can't satisfy the aim regulations. All just guess work. As for Jaknife, the way someone states their case regarding a company is revealing in itself, If you have no axe to grind then you can be reasoned, Jaknife didn't sound that reasoned to me and nor does TW when he does a hatchet job.

Its no secret the company wants to sell MT or the whole company... we are not sure, but if they are trying get the best price then maybe a few rules have been bent, we are talking billions here.
