absolutely and if it took a while longer to do a deal then i have no doubt that you drill away happy in the knowledge that the time and effort would be effort well spent.
Rowka's efforts have highlighted just how much resource is in the ground to me certainly, it would lead me to believe that with the potential to add the 5km additional flanks and be in the driving seat on the resources in the wider area then the price will be to the upside, i.e greater than the 50p-64p ACF range that i believe was a marker set by the board. That we have agreed terms with CITIC, employed Iain Rawlinson and have instructed UBS, would lead me to believe that the Boards expectations are being met.
The one thing that i really think swings this is the mining costs, even if prices head lower the mine is highly profitable, best of all worlds and the best hedge a miner could have for the foreseeable future!!
I'd love to be a fly on the wall in some of the negotiations!!!
