The RNS was definitely curt but i imagine they are up to their neck at the moment. I think it would be fair to say that for the directors this may well be the most important time of their working lives.

We have always had clear indications of the direction of travel from this company by RNS, and the last two have strongly hinted at an uplift in resources. This uplift will have been a planned strategy by the board and will be known to bidders, nobody in the FSP will be unaware of the true scale of resources the board are selling and yet they are still in the process.

If no one was serious about the sale then UBS would not have been engaged, they don't do fishing trips on a no win no fee basis.

The mind is starting to boggle here, WK is getting bigger by the day and it looks like MT is going to get significantly bigger soon. At this point its a clear statement that the BOD won't be bullied in to silly offers based on the hypothesis we won't go it alone.
Moreover every day bidders muck about is a day closer to having to pay far more.
I was hoping to get some work done to day but this is left field!!!
