I think this is the gov testing the water but the real issue is it releases the breaks on all sales to the WORLD, which will be at significantly better margins!!

that's the point, what's the point? and why has CK got the time? Who are these vip investors and as they are secondary market why give up valuable time for them?

The point is that there is a quality product sat parked doing nothing.
