Morning all LTHs
its getting very fractious on here now and not surprising really, its been a long year here with some difficult moments. Johnny come latelys talking carp about Putin, MMs, Shorts, BS valuations, no deal etc are testing all our patience. The drop in SP gives them some face value ammo, but that's all it is, face value. Underlying this is MMs taking full advantage to gather shares and flog them to accumulating iis who know what's coming.
The more I have read the RNSs the more I think CS is a genius, he's signposted the way here in very clever terms, little things that make all the difference. The phrase "no guarantee of a sale" is gone from recent statements for example.
We know the resources around MT are vast, we know the current Russian estimates are based on old tech and are conservative, we know the forcasted prices for the resources are increasing. We know the buyer will have a free hand to expand their operations in to those resource rich areas, we know that these resources and conditions including existing infrastructure are not replicated anywhere else. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an organisation to put themselves in the driving seat for PGMs with very low cost extraction for the next 20 years. Two of the best in field deal makers are now on board to bring this to a close, they wouldn't be here otherwise. A deal is being closed, all we don't know is when it will happen and how much for.
But my guess is very very soon and towards the upper estimates because I don't think a price based on the basic 15mozs and WK will cut it. This is too juicy an opportunity, I hope i'm not wrong on that front but it just wouldn't feel right from the way CS and DS have walked this project forward.
Ignore the noise because I know many here are holding big big holdings and will be rewarded.
