There is still a big misconception about the last RNS. It was not a speeding ticket.
A speeding ticket says the Board know of no reason why the share price is increasing.

Would the Board really put a speeding ticket on the share at just over a Billion? They valued the company higher than that pre flanks via the ACF report. In the interim all that's happened is the Bushveld complex has proven it's on a downward trajectory. Structural deficit widened and it looks like MT and WK are Kryptonite Central with all the necessary infrastructure to hand.
